I was very pleasantly surprised when I discovered the valves that arrived were the preferred model rather than the replacement model that I chose due to back-order issues – Thank you.
I would like to say my order experience would receive a “C” grade.
Though I appreciate whatever you did to facilitate the preferred valve – I wrestled greatly over the time issue. I would say that COMMUNICATING during the process would have GREATLY eased my strain.
I am DISAPPOINTED that ALL the PROMO codes I had were a complete moot point. I always used the Amazon Pay method and I NEVER once saw any place to put a PROMO code. I am disappointed because I had long anticipated 10% off this phase of my project – but it never happened. I was going to give you a “D“ grade, but the preferred valve bumped it up to a “C”.
These are my candid comments that would affect my future use of your site. ALSO, the pictures and descriptions of items on your site are generally substandard. I almost always google each item on your site and view it on a competitor’s site so I can clarify both the description and see a blow-up photo.
I hope you accept these comments as “constructive” criticism.
