Customer service team is extremely responsive, people get back to you quickly and have the tools to resolve problems creatively. Kudos to the support team. Ordering web site is pretty slick, but the fulfillment and back-end integration is a little rough. Once you get past the order confirmation email things get a little sketchy .. like shipping notifications and reporting changes to the original order. Customer service picks up the slack here pretty well, but a bit more investment in the self-service order management part would make this a 5-star customer experience.
