My experience purchasing a Hadco landscape light has been excellent so far. I had no problem ordering the light on their website and using Amazon Pay. The package arrived 3 business days later and was exactly what I ordered. It was packed well so there was no shipping related damage. However, after I received the shipment, I realized the model I ordered was not the one I really needed. So I initiated the process to return the light with the option to receive a store credit since I saw that they also sold the model I really needed in the first place. My intent would be to purchase that model from the them as soon as I received credit for the returned light. The return request was approved in only 1 business day. I sent the light back to the company and it arrived at their location on June 11. I received a proof of delivery from the Post Office on my return. So now I'm waiting for the company to finalize the return process by sending me as store credit per their returns policy. It's only been one day since they received my return so I'm not too concerned at this point. I'm hoping my experience returning an item continues to go as well as my other experience with them to date. If, for some reason, this turns out not to be the case, then I'll have to update my review to a lower rating.
6/14/2018 update: The company promptly completed the processing of my return mentioned in my original review and issued me the expected store credit.
All of my experience with Sprinkler Supply total has been excellent. Their customer service has been excellent. I definitely recommend this store and will use them again in the future when needed.
