Despite delays in my order due to the product being on back order, their customer service team responded promptly when I reached out to inquire on the status. Even though I was not happy to wait longer, I was very impressed with their customer service that it made it easier to handle the delay. Product finally arrived and it fixed my issue I was having with my sprinkler system.
