You know this is my second order from you and I have yet to receive the materials which were due on Wednesday. The were either in Phoenix or Tucson AZ on Wednesday so delivery was rescheduled for Friday and now they are in Ft. Worth TX. Scheduled for Monday Delivery.
It's a strike out for you guys. I need my materials when I order them and when you say you have them going out the next day I plan and expect that to happen.
