I appreciated all the communication I received about my order. It was good to know the status given that COVID has caused so many delays in production and shipping.
I was disappointed to open the box and find that there were several dead spiders and webs in the sprinkler box I ordered. I imagine these are probably stored outdoors, but it would be nice to hose them down before shipping them. Luckily the spiders were dead, but still it was gross cleaning them out of the box.
