I shop at the Philadelphia store. The service is fine, usually helpful and courteous. I have been shopping there since they opened. I have had only one disappointing encounter with a cashier when I had a problem with the price of an item. I was ignored. This was right after they opened so it could have been caused by that.
The food quality is good, especially the produce. My problem is with their branded items. Quality is uneven, often poor. The canned beans were half liquid.
And the prices are fair, comparable to other markets.
