I Love Sprouts on Stephanie in Henderson NV great food and Great people John G in the meat department is so helpful and always makes it a great experience with his knowledge and humor, Monica makes the best sandwiches in town and is friendly and has a great sense πŸ˜€ of humor, great food great service fast and funny.

I shop at Sprouts at 22506 Tomball Pkwy. Selection is ok but your employees hardly ever smile. Very unfriendly. Today Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 0845 hrs. Only one checkout was available. I started to go to that station when a cashier, Julie, motioned me to another checkout. I started to walk around the counter to go to her register. She rudely told me that I was on the wrong side and why didn't I see that. Then I asked her how to tag the walnuts and Brazil nuts as there were two prices. She pointed out the tags and inferred that I was stupid for not seeing them. I asked her where the markers were. She went down the aisle pulling out one pen after another saying, "There are pens here and here and here as she pulled them down." I sensed she was mad about something. Only thing I could come up with was that I was a senior white male. You need to talk to your employees about courtesy and sending the wrong message to customers. This is Texas, not California. Profit and returning customers should be a priority over perception and profiling customers. Leave your prejudice at the door. Cashier Julie, Store #130, Pos:8, Transaction 7073.

I've shopped at a couple different Sprout stores. I want to leave a comment about the Sprouts in Fountain Valley. From the manager to the people that work at the cash register really make the experience shopping there an enjoyable experience. The employees walk around the store and ask if somebody needs help. The store is very clean and everything is in place. I've been to other stores that don't hold a candle to this store. One of the most notable things that stands out is the deli the staff seems to make an effort to make sure that people get there monies worth.

Moldy raspberries when I got home. And this is their 1st month in business. Walmart has better turnover and so does Aldi, both for less money

I was there the other day & bought peaches & nectarines they were horrible. I threw them out. I will never shop in this store again.

Marc at the Lincoln CA store was phenomenal today. He was representing the Sprouts lemon products and engaging with us and other customers. Detailed and knowing the store layout as well as the products. Thank you Marc you are definitely a reason to shop!

This is 2nd time I have gotten fruit there, I am not impressed at all with there produce. I usually get my fruits & Vegs. And I love there meats.

Feeling blessed to have two Sprouts Farmers market stores near me. The staff is so warm and pleasant. Today there was a situation I wish I felt awkward about asking about however I approached Michelle and even though on her break she took the time to point me in the right direction, to Larry. Pleased by the conclusion and most importantly, please by the friendly manner in which my question was handled. Keep up the pleasant atmosphere store 611. πŸ‘πŸ™πŸ˜

Sprouts is very hit or miss. Which is a shame because they do have some good items. their pre packaged salads usually have spoiled lettuce in them but you can't tell from the packaging because all the toppings are on the top. Purchased their cooked chicken side container and their was bones throughout. I do think that the dates they put on the food are not accurate. If I get the salads I tried to eat them within one day. Employees are usually nice but they are not enough. Pet peeve- I put my credit card in the reader to pay and was bagging my own groceries in my own bags as their was no one to help, fine. but the cashier finished my transaction on the customer key pad without asking me.

Checked out the new Sprouts opening weekend since it’s much closer to me than Trader Joe’s. I was excited to give it a try, but overall I left a bit disappointed. First, the layout of the store felt confusing and not very well thought out. It was hard to navigate and didn’t have a smooth shopping flow. I also found many of the products to be expensive compared to Trader Joe’s β€” and that was even with 20% off everything during opening weekend. Customer service could definitely improve as well. My cashier seemed completely disengaged. I actually had to say goodbye twice and she didn't acknowledge I was leaving. One thing that really stood out was the atmosphere outside the store. They had a DJ playing reggae/Rastafarian-style music early Sunday morning. While I personally don’t mind that music at all, it just didn’t seem to fit the local Naples demographic or the area surrounding the store, which is heavily golf and retirement communities with many older residents. Something lighter like Sunday morning jazz might have been a more fitting choice for an 8 a.m. Sunday crowd after church. Just my thoughts after opening weekend. I’ll probably give it another try down the road and hope things improve once the excitement settles.

This is too bad that this happened, but I feel like everyone should know. I signed up for curb side service and shopping at Sprouts online. 1st time I shopped onine it was a wonderful thing and I was able to purchase all I wanted at the store and then go pick it up the next day. Well, the next time I signed into my account at Sprouts I was able to shop and get all the things I wanted and checked out and my pickup time confirmed. Then 3 minutes later I got an email where my order was canceled and my account was closed. I then got an email from instacart saying I had to sign up with them if I wanted my order done and my account reactivated. InstaCart is one of the worst companies on the internet and if they wanted customers they should get them by another means and not steal them from Sprouts. I refused to fill out their forms or signup with them so that means I can not or will not shop at Sprouts again. Too bad because I actually liked Sprouts, but this new bait and switch with their company isn't any good and when I called their Phoenix Corp office they also affirmed that I must sign up with InstaCart to purchase online so I said not going to happen and I simply had to make the decision to not shop at Sprouts any more. Good luck to the others out there. Bait and switch for me means there are crooks in the works and time to move on. To bad I had to give them one star. No stars would be more like it.

absolutely love shopping at Sprouts! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They recognize me when I come in, ask about my kids, and even notice the items I buy. They’re always helpful and genuinely care, which makes every visit feel personal and uplifting.

I was at Sprouts in Cheyenne WY, Emily and Ryan were my initial contact (looking for fresh blackberries and relish) both of them took me the items. Blackberries needed more investigating which they fulfilled. I then had contact with Katy and Amanda that also was very professional and helpful. Shout out to all today to make my experience at Sprouts great!!

I dread this store. I only go when I have to. Prices are outrageous, selection is limited. I can't trust the produce to be organic. Do you really need to have your organic right next to the conventional now? The lighting feels oppressive. I feel so sorry for your employees. They seem depressed to me too, and forget about getting checked out. You do it yourself, as the other lanes with a cashier never seem to be open. I wish you would purge the poisons from your stores, but hey, all stores are poisoning us.

STORE: 235 SALES ASSOCIATE: ERICA H. Hospitality was amazing! I was assisted by signing up for rewards. Ms. Erica H, kindly offered her phone from sprouts website. I firmly believe she went above and beyond, other associates in the past weren't attentive and incompetent by avoiding my mom and I as if we do not exist. A simple yes and patience is common sense. Erica H. deserves a management position or a raise!

I was overcharged in store. Called store but now have to physically go back for a refund. I brought an error to your attention but get to spend my time getting a refund. You have every tool at your disposal to correct this but no, waste more of my time. πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»
