“Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Requested groceries for my daughter who is not feeling well. None of the requested fruit was delivered which was the primary reason for the order. Was billed for all the fruit. Guessing driver misplaced a bag.
Tried calling multiple times but no one would answer at the store. Site offered to reimburse for the missing items but not the $20 tip or the delivery charge. Recommend you avoid sprouts delivery completely.”

Everything was neat and organized and I was greeted by at least three staff members when I came in I’m making a special recipe and I wasn’t sure of the type of nuts I needed and they had a huge selection. One of the staff members helped me pick the correct nut. It was wonderful from the time I walked in until the time I checked out.”

“I am an Instacart shopper so I am in Sprouts on Plumb Lane in Reno, Nevada, quite often. Sprouts is very hard to shop since there are no aisle numbers or shelf locations listed in the app so it’s sometimes hard to find things for customers. When a store is out of an item and you have to refund the customer. Your tip may go down if the customer based it on a percentage of the order total so needless to say it’s very important to be able to find items for customers so that you’re able to get the full tip. So with that said I was in Sprouts the other day shopping for a customer and the store was out of an item that cost almost $30. While I was looking for this item, one of the stores associates named Eric who I was told is the service manager asked if I needed help finding something…I of course said absolutely yes and explained that on the shelf it shows that you’re out of this particular item as I found the tag but not the item. Eric told me that well if it’s not on the shelf we’re out and I said maybe you have it in the back is that possible? He flat out told me no we don’t have any overstock and if it’s out on the shelf it’s out. I said darn it’s a $30 item if I have to issue a refund to the customer it lowers the amount of my tip and he said well I don’t know what to tell you now, I will have to say that I’ve encountered this gentleman Eric before and something about him rubs me the wrong way…. he’s overly helpful in a condescending sort of way so needless to say I really don’t like interacting with Eric. I continued shopping and as I was looking for another item that the store was out of another associate came up and saw that I was looking and asked if I needed help finding something? I said ya know I was told by your coworker that you were out of this particular item and I showed her the picture. She went over to the shelf saw that it wasn’t on the shelf and said let me go check in the back for you. I said really that’s awesome, thank you so much. Four minutes later she comes walking out with the item that I was told from the other gentleman that they absolutely did not have it. The Associates name that found the item for me is Kim possible, which fits her extremely well as I told her that she makes the impossible possible. Kim possible went the extra mile for me when she certainly didn’t have to and when the other associate Eric pretty much blatantly refused to do so…so thank you Kim possible for making my day as a person and as an Instacart shopper that much better…you really did a great job and you deserve some recognition for what you did and I am sure do every day! Thank you again.”

He is so friendly, never pushy, truly cares about his customers!
There is an awesome sale on vitamins and body care, and he made sure i knew, days in advance!
Been there 2 days in a row, will go back again before the sale is over!

“I want to give a big shout out to ‘Lexi’ for helping my mother she didn’t have to help my mom. Cause she worked in a different department which was the deli department and my mom was looking for seamoss in another department she pointed my mom in the right direction. My mom gave her cellphone to talk to me and she coach me through it!! She didn’t get no attitude her voice was calm over the phone the whole time!! “It’s the beginning of summer break, I decided to take a trip to sprouts with my three summer ready little boys! Of course as a flustered mother, I was trying to get in and out as quick as possible loading alot snacks for the week for them.
As I walk through, they wanted some electrolytes, but unfortunately The shelf was out of the flavor they wanted so Cesar came to the rescue. He ran back, pulled up a box and save the day for the electrolytes.
As we were walking around i picked up a box of poppi and Joe struck up a conversation while working. Giving recommendations and interacting with my littles. What a nice guy. You can tell his spirit is so kind and up lifting. In the end he came to my boys, gave them a little treat and made their whole “horrible” mommy shopping mission a great experience. And thanks to Joe we are trying new products. What a gem!”
“Why can’t I ever buy the pizza kit at the store on Mississippi and Sherman? They never have it. I have to randomly find it at other locations. They are often out of prepackaged deli meat and act very inconvenienced when you ask for it.”

“Went to buy salmon and asked kindly for 2 lb of salmons that is not cheap at all and all i asked was to remove the skin and the gentleman said no you can do that yourself by just peeling the skin I have worked customer service for over 13 years and sometimes going the extra mile makes a big difference.”
“I like Sprouts because of a wide range of really good organic products. Mostly buying fresh seafood, fruits and veggies, bread and dairy. I’m a loyal customer but I think you need a better reward system with gathering points and so on. I don’t feel I can get something special being your loyal customer.”
“I visit store 535 quite often. I must say that I’m always amazed by the positive attitude of its staff, no matter what time of day it is. The manager , that I met today, had put together an impeccable staff of employees who are all helpful, knowledgeable and super kind. This location in McDonough has really set the bar high for the rest of the sprouts in Georgia. I’ve been shopping at Sprouts for 10 years now and THIS location is the most remarkable, memorable, well kept, professional and staffed with really great people. Even when I order Instacart pick up, the young lady Kenneisha is so pleasant. I can’t say enough about the entire experience here. I want to extend a huge hug and thank you from corporate, to management and onto every employee that clocks in at this location. Your smiles and going the extra mile is not unnoticed. Keep up the GREAT team work!”
