“Half my $7.00 package of "carne picada" was pure fat. Not sure what your employees like to eat for a meal, but I'm guessing it's trash?? Couldn't even upload a photo to show my proof.”

“Went to buy salmon and asked kindly for 2 lb of salmons that is not cheap at all and all i asked was to remove the skin and the gentleman said no you can do that yourself by just peeling the skin I have worked customer service for over 13 years and sometimes going the extra mile makes a big difference.”

“I like Sprouts because of a wide range of really good organic products. Mostly buying fresh seafood, fruits and veggies, bread and dairy. I’m a loyal customer but I think you need a better reward system with gathering points and so on. I don’t feel I can get something special being your loyal customer.”

“I visit store 535 quite often. I must say that I’m always amazed by the positive attitude of its staff, no matter what time of day it is. The manager , that I met today, had put together an impeccable staff of employees who are all helpful, knowledgeable and super kind. This location in McDonough has really set the bar high for the rest of the sprouts in Georgia. I’ve been shopping at Sprouts for 10 years now and THIS location is the most remarkable, memorable, well kept, professional and staffed with really great people. Even when I order Instacart pick up, the young lady Kenneisha is so pleasant. I can’t say enough about the entire experience here. I want to extend a huge hug and thank you from corporate, to management and onto every employee that clocks in at this location. Your smiles and going the extra mile is not unnoticed. Keep up the GREAT team work!”

“We just had flowers delivered for Mother's day and they are half dead. The flowers have brown spot and the pedals are falling off. This should have NEVER gone out to anyone let alone for a Mother of 6 from her son.”

“I was disappointed in the lunch meat Boars. I can get that at Giant’s. Whole Foods lunch meats is a much better choice. The store is well organized and very clean.”

“I recently went to Sprouts and got a premade bourbon steak pre made meal I paid $19 for there is nothing but huge pieces of fat and gristle. There was not one piece of steak in that whole dinner to waste $19 right now in this economy for a lie should be against the law if sprouts is going to advertise they're selling steak they should sell steak and not a container full of fat hard gristle pieces you're unable to eat. I literally had to throw the whole thing in the garbage.”

“Am enjoying the bakery items, muffins for one and their prepared meals are amazing. I've tried the same meal Grilled Salmon, beans and potatoes with Bearnaise sauce in two different states, both San Diego, CA and Overland Park, KS - both awesome, similar and consistent quality! “Today for the 3rd time I felt it necessary to call the Oceanside CA store to request service at the meats and seafood counter after waiting for service while 2 employees behind the counter were busy making sushi and avoiding eye contact with me. The person who answered the phone said she would “walk over there” to provide help, but she also never showed up. I left the store vowing never to return for meats or seafood. Fruits and vegetables? Sure, but NOTHING that requires customer service.”

“I shop at the one on gantzel and combs. I feel like Sprouts selects the best employees. They are so helpful and friendly. Just today I needed two pounds of salmon and before I could get back to the butcher he brought it to me. The employees are always saying Hi or can they help you find something. Overall a wonderful place to shop.”

“I scheduled pickup for 5-6 pm that same day and then when I got there the order was not ready and would not ready until the next day at noon. I did order in the in the am and was told it would ready for pickup at 5 pm. They have very good produce and meats, but their online shopping is the worst. The last one I ordered online . I had to go back because they gave the wrong salmon, I paid for sockeye but when I got home they had given the cheaper salmon. Will never order on line again from them.”
