“This is too bad that this happened, but I feel like everyone should know. I signed up for curb side service and shopping at Sprouts online. 1st time I shopped onine it was a wonderful thing and I was able to purchase all I wanted at the store and then go pick it up the next day. Well, the next time I signed into my account at Sprouts I was able to shop and get all the things I wanted and checked out and my pickup time confirmed. Then 3 minutes later I got an email where my order was canceled and my account was closed. I then got an email from instacart saying I had to sign up with them if I wanted my order done and my account reactivated. InstaCart is one of the worst companies on the internet and if they wanted customers they should get them by another means and not steal them from Sprouts. I refused to fill out their forms or signup with them so that means I can not or will not shop at Sprouts again. Too bad because I actually liked Sprouts, but this new bait and switch with their company isn't any good and when I called their Phoenix Corp office they also affirmed that I must sign up with InstaCart to purchase online so I said not going to happen and I simply had to make the decision to not shop at Sprouts any more. Good luck to the others out there. Bait and switch for me means there are crooks in the works and time to move on. To bad I had to give them one star. No stars would be more like it.”
“I dread this store. I only go when I have to. Prices are outrageous, selection is limited. I can't trust the produce to be organic. Do you really need to have your organic right next to the conventional now? The lighting feels oppressive. I feel so sorry for your employees. They seem depressed to me too, and forget about getting checked out. You do it yourself, as the other lanes with a cashier never seem to be open. I wish you would purge the poisons from your stores, but hey, all stores are poisoning us.”
“I was overcharged in store. Called store but now have to physically go back for a refund. I brought an error to your attention but get to spend my time getting a refund. You have every tool at your disposal to correct this but no, waste more of my time. ππ»ππ»ππ»”
“My macaroni salad was awful, noodles hard. My apple pie, apples not cooked enough , also hard. Tuna salad , too much dill weed. Irish soda bread so small I could hardly see it. Had no taste. Had to throw out all of these items. This is from new store in Centereach, NY”
“Good morning, I have been thinking about this for last 3 weeks. About 3 weeks ago, a store, the store at SW119th & S. Penn in Oklahoma City, had the new manager (will not mention names but you know who she is) fire a 7β8-year employee who had worked himself into management and did everything ever asked of him. You needed a manager to cover another store for a couple of months, he was there, Stay overnight for new freezer installs, yep, was him. Close 4 of the 5 days he worked so none of your other managers had to close, him again. Person, I speak of between your store and others, had close to 20 years in grocery business. This person developed cancer in his lower body a few years back, he would go for treatment and still come to work even though he was tired and might not feel great. He did this time and time again. Step up to early 2025 I think (not sure when got new manager). He had taken couple weeks off for vacation (had earned it). Tried take more time off (again, he had it) but was told couldn't because had already taken off 2 weeks. When he would schedule his sick leave to go do his treatments, said manager would take his sick leave away and make him use a regular day off. This happened over and over again. Step back 3 weeks ago. He was again feeling bad, not able to eat anything, vomiting off and on again and yet, he still came to work. Closed one night when not feeling well and apparently left and employee, not as customer, but an employee in the store (something that has been told has happened a few times in the past). So, what's your manager's decision, let's fire the 8 years, has worked his tail off for us anytime he was asked. Excellent management skills might add. So, what was his illness you ask? His cancer has come back but this time, it's in his brain, but don't worry, you can sleep good at night knowing that in your eyes, you did that right thing. Want to know who I am, I'm his father and the person I speak of is Chris. I'd love to tell the other employees in the store (the ones who loved and respected my son) who you truly are.”
“Bad lamp chops. Bought Today 11/16/2025 open the package and got sick the smell was so bad the meat looked good the date was11/25/2025. Bad Sprouts need to get a handle on this read the reviews I did afterwards not good”
“Went at 4:30 pm yesterday. Prepared foods were picked over, empty shelves. No beet salad, no mashed potatoes, no street tacos, no soda bread. I asked an employee for an item. He said they have more in the back but he was too busy to get it for me”
“Was just at sprouts about to purchase $100 or so of overpriced food. Yes, I walked away because this huge profit was not enough for them, they wanted another $0.10 for a bag. Walked away. Keep your food, sprouts. Trader Joe's gives me a bag to carry my food to the car.”
“They have good products. Over priced but good the customer service can horrible. Sometimes you will get good customer service but usually its yuck. So sorry π to say”
“Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Requested groceries for my daughter who is not feeling well. None of the requested fruit was delivered which was the primary reason for the order. Was billed for all the fruit. Guessing driver misplaced a bag.
Tried calling multiple times but no one would answer at the store. Site offered to reimburse for the missing items but not the $20 tip or the delivery charge. Recommend you avoid sprouts delivery completely.”
“Purchase to of their ready to microwave meals, (not cheap). one was $14 and the other $12. Absolutely horrible could not eat either one. Would never purchase one of these again.”
“Half my $7.00 package of "carne picada" was pure fat. Not sure what your employees like to eat for a meal, but I'm guessing it's trash?? Couldn't even upload a photo to show my proof.”
“Went to buy salmon and asked kindly for 2 lb of salmons that is not cheap at all and all i asked was to remove the skin and the gentleman said no you can do that yourself by just peeling the skin I have worked customer service for over 13 years and sometimes going the extra mile makes a big difference.”
