“Loved the product selection! It was so helpful for adjusting to a modified diet! There were tons of options and alternative products. I was so impressed with Joseph, a valued employee! He was very engaging and interested in helping. He had other customers wait in his line even though it was longer just so they could talk to him about store products! I’ll dddinitely start shopping at Sprouts in Yorba Linda more regularly!”

“The best store I’ve shopped in a long time Store 722.Becky the cashier was awesome very friendly and helpful also bagger was helpful Burton Eric the manager was very nice Store was clean all employees were working and not on their phones good selections I asked about an item and employee left their department and took me to the item Great customer service Cannot tell you how much I enjoyed going into this store I have retired from grocery store after 40 years and I loved it all Eric and Becky was so nice and helpful Kathy Vaughn Albertville Al”

“I was at the Wheatridge Sprouts yesterday, and Tyson in the meat department was very helpful, and made me a excellant sandwich. I had had a very hard day, and he made my day a lot better. Thank you Tyson.”

“Was at the store on Oakland park Fla the store was so clean. When I walked in was greeted which you don’t see anymore. Was helped to find couple of items I was looking for. Produce was well stock when I was checking out was asked if I found all the items I was looking for. It was enjoyable day shopping.need more stores in nc”

“Sprouts is great, they give you a variety of healthy quality foods. I drive all the way to peachtree city to get their bread called "Protein Bread" it is a 100% natural, and has 8 grams of protein per slice.”

“Right to the point… Sprouts on Lea Brea Deli workers Gin & Raven highly effective employees friendly and professional they deserve something extra, i’m speaking on behalf of the people that are waiting in that line for a sandwich. They’re the reason that I go back to sprouts and of course, the quality goods at sprouts I value!”

“The store was exceptionally clean. Everything was neat and organized and I was greeted by at least three staff members when I came in I’m making a special recipe and I wasn’t sure of the type of nuts I needed and they had a huge selection. One of the staff members helped me pick the correct nut. It was wonderful from the time I walked in until the time I checked out.”

“I am an Instacart shopper so I am in Sprouts on Plumb Lane in Reno, Nevada, quite often. Sprouts is very hard to shop since there are no aisle numbers or shelf locations listed in the app so it’s sometimes hard to find things for customers. When a store is out of an item and you have to refund the customer. Your tip may go down if the customer based it on a percentage of the order total so needless to say it’s very important to be able to find items for customers so that you’re able to get the full tip. So with that said I was in Sprouts the other day shopping for a customer and the store was out of an item that cost almost $30. While I was looking for this item, one of the stores associates named Eric who I was told is the service manager asked if I needed help finding something…I of course said absolutely yes and explained that on the shelf it shows that you’re out of this particular item as I found the tag but not the item. Eric told me that well if it’s not on the shelf we’re out and I said maybe you have it in the back is that possible? He flat out told me no we don’t have any overstock and if it’s out on the shelf it’s out. I said darn it’s a $30 item if I have to issue a refund to the customer it lowers the amount of my tip and he said well I don’t know what to tell you now, I will have to say that I’ve encountered this gentleman Eric before and something about him rubs me the wrong way…. he’s overly helpful in a condescending sort of way so needless to say I really don’t like interacting with Eric. I continued shopping and as I was looking for another item that the store was out of another associate came up and saw that I was looking and asked if I needed help finding something? I said ya know I was told by your coworker that you were out of this particular item and I showed her the picture. She went over to the shelf saw that it wasn’t on the shelf and said let me go check in the back for you. I said really that’s awesome, thank you so much. Four minutes later she comes walking out with the item that I was told from the other gentleman that they absolutely did not have it. The Associates name that found the item for me is Kim possible, which fits her extremely well as I told her that she makes the impossible possible. Kim possible went the extra mile for me when she certainly didn’t have to and when the other associate Eric pretty much blatantly refused to do so…so thank you Kim possible for making my day as a person and as an Instacart shopper that much better…you really did a great job and you deserve some recognition for what you did and I am sure do every day! Thank you again.”

“I have been shopping at Sprouts for years. The HB store on Adams Ave. i always loved it! But now its even better! There is a manager in Vitamins and body care that is Awesome! His name is MARV PETIUS, and he never fails to find what i am needing in a Supplement! He is so friendly, never pushy, truly cares about his customers! There is an awesome sale on vitamins and body care, and he made sure i knew, days in advance! Been there 2 days in a row, will go back again before the sale is over! There are alot of markets around! But i have never found one with such great people that are working there! Feels really good to write this, and help people with their needs!”
