“Hello, Prices are fair, sometimes exceptional in comparison to other stores. I’ve never used the delivery service. Returns & refunds are easy and no hassle. Either have the receipt or a CDL. ************************************* CUSTOMER SERVICE: I would like to acknowledge and pay homage to one employee in particular. Her name is Zayanna. She works in the vitamin department. I shop at Sprouts sometimes 2-3 times a week and I love your store. I REALLY enjoy purchasing my supplements and other health care products from Sprouts rather than going to specialty shops or ordering on-line. 2 Reasons: 1) your products are equitable and most of the time superior to other stores. 2) Zayanna makes my shopping experience fun and very educational. She really cares about what I’m buying and if it’s the best for my needs. She asks key questions and she’s not afraid to make suggestions in order to help me make better choices. Because of her I feel more confident in what I purchase. Zayanna is very warm, friendly and patient. She always acknowledges other shoppers in the department so no one feels ignored or walks away without being helped. She is tremendously professional and works hard to keep the department neat, clean and well stocked. I hope you routinely reward Zayanna for her dedication, work ethic and loyalty. She is SO deserving!”

“My sprouts store is located in Holladay Utah. I frequent this store at least 1 time a week if not more. Customer service here is exceptional. But I’m writing this review in regards to one specific employee at this store This woman goes above an beyond her job. I have witnessed her waiting on customers at the registers always polite always friendly an has a great sense of humor. I have seen her on the floor in an isle stocking shelves an will get up an walk a customer to whatever they were looking for. She never seems to mind an she always says hello as she walks by or says good morning etc now she doesnt realize that makes my day just ten times better. Ive got to where i look for her when im in the store because i know if i just get in her line of sight im going to get a good morning from her. She has helped me on several occasions with looking for items an if she doesnt know where it is she finds someone that can help! I have never been treated so nice by a store employee any where else as i have with her an this sprouts. So i just want to say thank you for hiring her an thank you Diane for always making my shopping experience so pleasant.”

“There is a new checker at Sprouts in Silverdale and although I adore all the Sprouts staff, Cooper is one of a kind. Funny, friendly and fantastic every time. No bad days for this guy. Thanks Cooper for always being kind!”

“The service I receive at sprouts is like no other health food store. I have been exercising my whole life. I always shop for the best supplements, there’s a gentleman named nick who works there in the supplements, vitamin section. He’s a life saver. Always recommends the best supplements according to my goals. Always looks for the best sale and gets me the best deals. Nick is honestly a knowledgeable and caring person. Nick is the man to go see.”

“The best Sprouts Market ever is in Solana Beach, CA. I am customer over there for last 14 years, always very good. But for last 3-4 month it is absolutely outstanding!! The products, variety, cleanliness, customer service+++. The store manager Randy is always available to check on his customers, get their suggestions, concerns. love to shop there. thank you Milena”

“Usual 80% of employees in this store are very unprofessional and they don’t care about customers but my cashier today was Jae and he was excellent. He was so professional,very friendly and he had knowledge about everything what I was asking about. Jae is an example how we as customers should be tried. Thank You for having Jae in my neighborhood store.”

“I have a confession: I usually do not write reviews online, but HANNAH, a Sprouts’ employee (store #151) made it impossible for me to sit aside and not telling EVERYONE how wonderful she is. Hannah is a dedicated employee who is ALWAYS welcoming and attentive to the customer's needs. I shop A LOT at this store, so I have to admit that the manager Bruce is a very kind & charming and so are most of the employees in this store, but Hannah is definitely a GEM 💎”

“Gave 5 stars for customer service Mike returned 2 bad containers of chicken purchased hot clocked turkey breast as I purchase chicken each week along with turkey and sandwiches I'm thankful that sprouts honors my receipts and returns for bad items Mike has been waiting on me for years as I have 20 years in grocery buisness I know great service when given this team and store #1 ray and Dobson do outstanding job please reward and recognize they earned and deserve ..raise ..bonus praise . thanks for caring and listening”
