“That wooing that is going on in the ad is idiotic and annoying! I mute it as quick can.”

“It didn't make me very happy. I bought some turkey legs there and then when I got home I found out they were supposed to be sold days before. When I called they said to bring them back like I'm going to go drive all the way back there again. Then I said I might be able to do it like by a week but not now and they said that might be too late. Why would it be too late? Are they planning to sell them then? Then I had some of the nuts just now that I bought from the bin that were mixed nuts without peanuts and they said the resulted and roasted, but they tasted insulted and s t a l e! I have a minute for about a year and now I remember why. This was at the Sprouts in Oceanside.”

“Everyone in the store was Extremly helpful & kind. It was all completly ruined by an arrogant, mean spirited. Nasty cashier I don’t know her name. Most likely she doesn’t show it so customers she’s been so very nasty to can’t complain. They don’t know who she is Throwing something at me when the manager , who was beyond , kind, came to assist I hate to give the place less than 5 stars but now I understand why their rating has fallen I was so upset I’m a handicap senior. She spoke to me very nasty & insisted I go do something I could not do”

“Store#484 Denise, Michell, and Kathalene are over the top with customer service. No mater what you need, they are curtious, dependable, knowledgeable and most of all are nice people.”

“They are very expensive, but we bite the bullet and buy as much organic items as possible; especially meats and produce. However, watch the cashier ringing up your groceries or check your receipt before leaving the store. My experience with the Miramar, Florida store is l have been charged regular price when items have a reduced/clearance tag.”

“Good produce and unsulfered ginger The complaint I have is that plastic container tops are too hard to get off and on. I might injure myself opening and closing it. Product liability is a lucrative practice for lawyers.”

“I have ordered several times from this company, but my issues are two, wrong replacement and over charge! 1, The receipt before checkout says tip 7.50 should be 7.50 after check out. Why am I charged more for a tip after check out without authorization? 2, If I ask for a raw cheese, I want a raw cheese not a pasteurized cheese! 3, when you do replacement why are there No options If I do want replacement? Maybe I d9nr want replacement, then your shopper makes the wrong replacement and you double Harte me?”

“I went to Sprouts in Delaware and to my surprise was very disappointed that they are selling GMO products. I was only able to find a few organic item in the fruit section, which I came for. Will not be shopping there no more. 😔”

“most of the employees are great. Nice and helpful. But I have quit due to lack of flyers. I tried to call corporate. for customer relations. No one picked up. the recording said they closed at 4 pm so at 4 pm I hung up after the thirty minute hold time.I predict this outfit is going to close.”

“Generally I love this store but the paper bags don’t hold up at all. I’ve used them twice and both of the handles broke. I just recently came back from sprouts and the moment I went to carry the paper bag broke and two Tazo Green glass bottles were broke. Make sure to double bag any heavy items including glass tea bottles!”

“Spr outs hasn't made me too happy lately. Every week their ad is smaller and it's not even published anymore. Their prices have gone way up and today I was so disgusted when I came home and there was not one edible strawberry in the pound of strawberries that I bought for a $1.67. What a waste of money and mess on my counter trying to clean and find part of the shawbury that was edible. The whole container was filled with rotten strawberries. I shouldn't be so trusting next time. Very disappointed.Still they manage to be sold out of most things and long lines.”

“Sprouts, Miramar, FL. I Just came from Sprouts. Nice store, it was very clean, nice products, nice helpful staff. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Perhaps one-way arrows on the floor would help. I guess people are still clueless about how coronavirus spreads. Customers are all up in your space, they were wearing their masks on their chin, open registers side by side.. It’ll be a while before I go back. 😢.”

“I live to shop at sprouts farmers market all the employees are super helpful, the produce is always really neatly put away and fresh as promised. Unfortunately as kind as the staff is I had a mishap with the Murray location. I applied to work there thinking the staff is helpful, i did the very long application they sent me after i already set up my interview through the text application two days ago. My interview was scheduled for 10 AM hence it’s 9:05 and they just called to tell me they are no longer hiring. Unfortunately because of this little miscommunication I will no longer shop at the Murray location or be applying there ever again. I was so looking forward to the opportunity but this seems a little unprofessional to call me an hour before my scheduled interview, thanks sprouts!”

“I love to shop at sprouts when I can go and get my groceries in person but during the covid19 outbreak I tried online shopping for the 1st time and found that their online options were overwhelmingly the pricier items like organic wholemilk, cream, etc. plus they were limiting items like milk to only two per order which for a family of 6 is not enough. I found Aldi online a lot cheaper and without restrictions.”

“So I got a salad today from a food bank donated from sprouts. Its an $8 salad w mainly end pieces and stems, no wonder no one bought it. Like grateful to have A salad but come on, if ur gonna charge ppl $8 put sum effort into it plz.”

“Ok so me and a friend of mine come to sprouts often for their scallops, clams etc. The cooking instructions that they give are so damn small its ridiculous. We have to literally use a magnifying glass to read them. its crazy! sprouts love you but please get it together. Thank you xo!”
