“I love the Sprouts in Solana Beach, CA. Every time I go into this store, it is a breeze to shop. Kudos to Randy who does an outstanding job! He is very attentive and makes customers feel welcome. I recently met Karen who was working in the Deli and Brad at checkout. Both displayed wonderful customer skills. I always let a store know when I see great service. Keep it up - customers do notice!!!”

“Sprouts market in Boca Raton Florida on Glades Road , is the freshest expansive , fully stocked market to shop .Produce always looks like a colorful fresh appealing and fully stocked thank you to Joshua .He takes the utmost care to each and every shopper .He surely cares about his produce .He always aims to please and gives his 100 💯 percent to the market .From stocking organizing , helping all other employees with a pleasant welcoming posture .He is efficient courteous Prompt and every day such a pleasure to be around while you shop .He is the reason why I choose to shop and purchase my produce at Sprouts where it’s always fresh .Thank you to Joshua for being you , it’s hard working employees like you that makes shoppers days worth while .Love you Joshua”

“The haddon township nj store is absolutely the best grocery store I shop at hands down. The associates are excellent they are always offering assistance and most if not all of the ones I've been in contact with have been very knowledgeable about the products they sell and trust me that makes a huge difference for us shoppers who are not familiar with certain items. I can't tell you how many times I've walked into this particular sprouts with a shopping list and only intended to get those particular items but along the way something catches my eye that's not on my list so I'll ask an employee if they know anything about the product and believe it or not just about every time the associate will know so much about it and give me a recommendation to try it letting me know I won't regret spending the extra money on it so I give in and buy it and they were right all except 1 time so It's safe to say I trust their suggestions. There are a couple extremely great associates that go way beyond what their job requires and I'm very thankful for that cause it can get a little overwhelming especially if it's a weekend or holdifay coming up it tends to get very busy and having the knowledgeable associates help with items is a huge plus. Thank you for all you do and all the help you provided me during my visits. I love all the employee's at the Haddon township store this is my one and only grocery store I will never go anywhere else not even to another sprouts. I hope you share this with the team members of Haddon township as they are the true super stars and should be acknowledged for exceptional service”

And he always willing to introduce other products to me. He is a true Gentleman. He works at the Rancho Cucamonga California Store on Carnelian and 19th street.”

“Liz who works in the Vitamin/Health Dept. at the Santa Clara Sprouts Farmers Market has assisted me on numerous occasions. Liz is a wealth of vitamin/mineral knowledge and is a benefit to customers and to Sprouts in general. She goes out of her way ringing just the right product that I asked for. I will continue to shop at Sprouts and will let others know of Liz’ knowledge and expertise regarding vitamins and minerals.”

“I am a doordasher! and Sprouts is one of my biggest ordered vendors for shop and deliver. I am SO HAPPY to have such HELPFUL folks like JASON, Larry and Fabio, and these are just the names I can call up. I COULD NOT DO IT without the help of this generous staff. I am learning so much about these unique healthy foods that i never knew! And you guys get the latest and the greatest and that is why they send me to you several times a week! I hope this reaches you, just a warm thankyou to your quiet, endlessly hardworking helpful crew. I now do a double shop most times, one for the customer and one for me! Love your aloe vera juice, and dark chocolate espresso beans! and learning more each time I go. THANKYOU SPROUTS”

“I love shopping at Sprouts. The workers are pretty friendly and are always willing to help me with finding something or helping me order something that is not there if they carry it. The cashiers are quick and one in particular lady Sandy always has a smile on her face and just makes me feel good when I see her. I don't think she knows how to frown. lol Another great person their is Kurt, the Dairy Manager. He has gone out of his way on several occasions to help me find things throughout the store. Always a smile from him too. All in all I will stick with Sprouts for all my major shopping grocery needs. Thanks Sprouts for quality food that I don't have to worry about buying and great people to represent your store. Continued success in all you do. Jo Ann”

“Hello, Prices are fair, sometimes exceptional in comparison to other stores. I’ve never used the delivery service. Returns & refunds are easy and no hassle. Either have the receipt or a CDL. ************************************* CUSTOMER SERVICE: I would like to acknowledge and pay homage to one employee in particular. Her name is Zayanna. She works in the vitamin department. I shop at Sprouts sometimes 2-3 times a week and I love your store. I REALLY enjoy purchasing my supplements and other health care products from Sprouts rather than going to specialty shops or ordering on-line. 2 Reasons: 1) your products are equitable and most of the time superior to other stores. 2) Zayanna makes my shopping experience fun and very educational. She really cares about what I’m buying and if it’s the best for my needs. She asks key questions and she’s not afraid to make suggestions in order to help me make better choices. Because of her I feel more confident in what I purchase. Zayanna is very warm, friendly and patient. She always acknowledges other shoppers in the department so no one feels ignored or walks away without being helped. She is tremendously professional and works hard to keep the department neat, clean and well stocked. I hope you routinely reward Zayanna for her dedication, work ethic and loyalty. She is SO deserving!”

“My sprouts store is located in Holladay Utah. I frequent this store at least 1 time a week if not more. Customer service here is exceptional. But I’m writing this review in regards to one specific employee at this store This woman goes above an beyond her job. I have witnessed her waiting on customers at the registers always polite always friendly an has a great sense of humor. I have seen her on the floor in an isle stocking shelves an will get up an walk a customer to whatever they were looking for. She never seems to mind an she always says hello as she walks by or says good morning etc now she doesnt realize that makes my day just ten times better. Ive got to where i look for her when im in the store because i know if i just get in her line of sight im going to get a good morning from her. She has helped me on several occasions with looking for items an if she doesnt know where it is she finds someone that can help! I have never been treated so nice by a store employee any where else as i have with her an this sprouts. So i just want to say thank you for hiring her an thank you Diane for always making my shopping experience so pleasant.”
