“Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Requested groceries for my daughter who is not feeling well. None of the requested fruit was delivered which was the primary reason for the order. Was billed for all the fruit. Guessing driver misplaced a bag.
Tried calling multiple times but no one would answer at the store. Site offered to reimburse for the missing items but not the $20 tip or the delivery charge. Recommend you avoid sprouts delivery completely.”

“I recently went to Sprouts and got a premade bourbon steak pre made meal I paid $19 for there is nothing but huge pieces of fat and gristle. There was not one piece of steak in that whole dinner to waste $19 right now in this economy for a lie should be against the law if sprouts is going to advertise they're selling steak they should sell steak and not a container full of fat hard gristle pieces you're unable to eat. I literally had to throw the whole thing in the garbage.”

“I continuously go in to the sprouts on Broadway and Bellevue. At five thousand one south broadway, and there's never any milk out on the shelves, but yet it's hiding in the back. I asked brian to go and get me a gallon of milk that I could see it.And he went and got it and then proceeded to go and talk to his friend instead of bringing me the milk, I had to go and get it from him. The integrity of your store is terrible.”
“I bought Milk Thistle and used one bottle which was milky brown color, I have since found out that it should be a dark brown color. Ok, so I bought a second bottle, which was clear yellow liquid and I called your customer service line to inquire about it. This was on January 21st. They could not just make a phone call, they wanted lot numbers and barcode numbers and would email the vendor and get back to me.
I went into the store in the meantime and the guy working made a phone call, told me that it varies in color and should be ok. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service, so I called today and was told they emailed the vendor a couple days ago and should have an answer back in a few days. Even if it comes back that it is indeed ok and varies in color, I will never buy this product again from Sprouts due to customer service not being able to answer me for a month.
This is not the fault of the people answering the phones as they are just doing their jobs as told to do, everyone was polite and apologetic. This is on the company.
I gave 5 star review for the customer service people only. The one star review is for the company, it's 2025, make a phone call and get an answer, don't make customers wait for a month.”
“They advertised $3.99 for dozen of eggs. To get the eggs for that price you have to register with then and give them your personal information like phone number and email address. Then when it comes to placing your order you get charged another $3.99 for processing fee. This is nothing but SCAM.”

“I was assaulted today at Sprouts in the vitamin department by their employee. The clerk ran up to me and pushed me trying to grab an ink pen from my hand. She said nothing to me. Just tried to snatch and ink pen from me as I wanted to write a note on a piece of paper on the desk. I informed the manager, the response didn't seem all that important”
