The Sprouts in Lancaster CA is Filthy. The Shopping Carts were full of trash , very unsanitary. Also there Fruits didn’t look fresh . I live in Lancaster , but it’s worth taking the drive to the Palmdale Sprouts. More Organized & better Supervised!!
