Store#484 Denise, Michell, and Kathalene are over the top with customer service. No mater what you need, they are curtious, dependable, knowledgeable and most of all are nice people.

My sprouts store is located in Holladay Utah. I frequent this store at least 1 time a week if not more. Customer service here is exceptional. But I’m writing this review in regards to one specific employee at this store This woman goes above an beyond her job. I have witnessed her waiting on customers at the registers always polite always friendly an has a great sense of humor. I have seen her on the floor in an isle stocking shelves an will get up an walk a customer to whatever they were looking for. She never seems to mind an she always says hello as she walks by or says good morning etc now she doesnt realize that makes my day just ten times better. Ive got to where i look for her when im in the store because i know if i just get in her line of sight im going to get a good morning from her. She has helped me on several occasions with looking for items an if she doesnt know where it is she finds someone that can help! I have never been treated so nice by a store employee any where else as i have with her an this sprouts. So i just want to say thank you for hiring her an thank you Diane for always making my shopping experience so pleasant.

Back when Sprouts was Boneys And then it was renamed Henry’s, it was an amazing store. Even after they change the name AGAIN to Sprouts, it was still a good store until KROGER KROGER bought it. Then grocery PRICES At SPROUTS almost doubled. Because KROGER has become a MONOPOLIZER of the Grocery business. KROGER grocery corporation now, Owns SPROUTS, ALBERTSONS, VONS, SAFEWAY, LUCKY foods, FOOD BASKET, FOOD for LESS, FRY’S, DILLON’S, CITY MARKET, FRED MEYERS. What does this mean when A company like KROGER owns this many grocery stores? They HAVE a MONOPOLY! if you’re not sure what It means to have a monopoly, when a company like KROGER owns ALL of these stores the CUSTOMERS will pay MUCH MUCH more money, because there are no other competing stores to buy Groceries which helps keep the prices lower To CUSTOMERS due to COMPETITION of other grocery stores. If there are no other competing grocery stores, guess what, KROGER can set the prices and what are you gonna do about it? As a customer you do NOT have a choice to go to other Grocery stores, because KROGER OWNS and controls CONTROLS ALL of them!!!!!

Terrible customer service at Sprouts which never does not get high ratings. They average below the norm in customer reviews and for a good reason. I’ve shopped only at burbank Sprouts but one of the employees fibbed about me saying I said something rude when I never talk to anyone when I shop. I am very quiet and shy so I was surprised when I got an email saying I’d said something rude to either a customer or employee at the burbank store. The store did not offer any further details. I hope the management closes the burbank store. It loses money and is not their busiest location.

Sunday I returned a bottle of Spicy Orange Sauce that was purchased the previous Tuesday but we discovered it had expired two months ago. The manager repeatedly apologized and refunded my money and pulled the other six bottles off the shelf that all had the same expiration date of two months ago. Sounds great right? But then my wife goes there two days later and finds all the expired bottles back on the shelf. THEY KNOWINGLY PUT EXPIRED PRODUCTS BACK ON THE SHELF TO SELL! They advertise themselves as “committed to socially responsible, lawful, and ethical business practices.” That’s funny.

Made the mistake of ordering Christmas dinner, thru the Deli! All they did was pull products from their shelves, put it in a big box and call it dinner! I could have that! What a joke, NEVER AGAIN!

Bought some red grapes today at Governor location. Majority soft and mushy. Bought some 4 days ago, they were great. The batch currently being sold should be thrown out. My trust in Sprouts has been compromised.

Northern Colorado Loveland & Fort Collins SPROUTS markets just go out of business already SHUT DOWN please do us all a favor. Horrible hiring process of disregard, feedback and disrespect to the ones applying for the need to work & earn a living, my daughter was hired for a min. & treated so rotten, I call it neglect & abuse, bad business practices, Sprouts markets are definitely making it up there with the snakes in our communities along the foothills of N. Colorado, a part of the legal abuse we suffer here around these parts of the woods. I myself a single mom, many years resident had applied for too many years to work at the grocery stores. Sprouts markets have not changed, I am sad & upset to report, I am put through the merry go round for the last time of disrespect, to tolerate this circle of discouraging events of let-downs and the way the hiring management in each department handle things is outrageous, intolerable disregard to each & every one of us seeking employment, their rotten ways of communication is heartbreaking & certainly not positive or encouraging. My friends & family have made an easy decision recently to never shop Sprouts market again or have the hopes of employment along the front range of Northern Colorado ever again. Get down off your throne Sprouts markets, inconsiderate attitudes will lead you blind to personal illnesses & its not a good idea to teach others. You have let me & many others down, that is bad business practice for the communities of people like you & I, think about it for awhile.

Never a cashier at Menchacha! Who is running this store or should I say, who ISN'T running this store. This Sprouts feels entitled to your business, they don't care about your needs. They never help you look when you ask them for an item. They point to the area where it is, and send you on your way. The only shining light is Asst. Store Manager, Chris C. He should be running this store.

I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at sprouts, and never returned a single item until recently when I purchased 4 "red dragonfruits" that were actually white dragonfruits. They did not accept my return, spoke condescending to me in checkout, and then when I contacted customer service they ghosted me and then closed my case. Absolutely zero customer loyalty.

So disappointed by the customer service I received at Sprouts. I’ve been shopping there for years and have never returned anything. I was sick and bought some cough medicine there and after taking a couple of doses I noticed that it was expired. I thought okay no big deal I’ll return it for store credit. Now I didn’t have the receipt because well I normally don’t hold onto grocery store receipts once I’ve unloaded and seen my groceries are satisfactory. Anyway, I didn’t think it would be an issue. I went in and tried to return it and they said they couldn’t do anything without a receipt not even an exchange which seems very unreasonable to me. They treated me as if I’d bought this product last year and was suddenly trying to get my $16 back. No one felt regret that they’re selling expired medicine. It was unreal and I was surprised how angry it has made me. I usually shop at Trader Joe’s and once I came back with rotten tomatoes a day after buying them. They were so kind, they didn’t want to see my receipt they just ran over and grabbed me some new tomatoes with a smile and that’s why everyone loves Trader Joe’s, best customer service ever! Sadly, my fiancé has even done the radio commercials for Sprouts. Also what company can’t just run your credit card through these days and see you bought something days ago, it seems everyone has this technology now….except Sprouts I guess.

I shop Sprouts on Coors and Montano. The food & merchandise are nice. The employees are not customer oriented. The employees were too involved with each other and their personal conversations
