Ordered Square Off Swap from official website in August 2023. It was supposed to be delivered by end of November 2023. Nothing was sent. I contacted them in December 2023 and asked for the immediate shipping or refund, they didn't even bother replying nor refunding. It's April 2024 now. Couple of months ago they changed the status to "shipped - awaiting tracking details" but nothing was ever shipped, no one is replying to mails and I'm at the loss of €339. I'm just a small drop of water in the ocean, they did the same to many people on their Kickstarter who are waiting for non-existing products for many years.
