“Ordered Square Off Swap from official website in August 2023. It was supposed to be delivered by end of November 2023. Nothing was sent. I contacted them in December 2023 and asked for the immediate shipping or refund, they didn't even bother replying nor refunding. It's April 2024 now. Couple of months ago they changed the status to "shipped - awaiting tracking details" but nothing was ever shipped, no one is replying to mails and I'm at the loss of €339. I'm just a small drop of water in the ocean, they did the same to many people on their Kickstarter who are waiting for non-existing products for many years.”

We have contacted them through chat and email at least 6 times with no follow through. Everytime, they say that they will be in contact within 24 hours and no one ever does. I need my money back. The board is useless, constant connection issues, stops mid game, the inside mechanism suddenly jolts and knocks pieces on the floor. It's a mess. Haven't been able to complete one game.”

“I ordered my Square Off Neo and accessories worth $317 back in August of 2022. Thankfully, I used PayPal to pay for the items. They informed me that they estimated that it will ship by November 30th 2022 and during which, they kept sending me emails to assure me that the waiting will be well worth it. Then other marketing emails just kept coming. While keeping my hopes of receiving the chess set when November rolled around, I was eager to see an "shipping notification" before November 30th. Then it went past November 30th and did not see anything. Then finally, sometime in December, I receive an email stating that the product shipment has been delayed due to unforeseen "logistics issue" -- Logistics Issue? I said to myself. What does that mean? Issue with DHL, UPS, FedEx? What?? Then I gave them the benefit of a doubt and waiting until January. Then I can stumbled upon lots of negative experiences with other folks whom went through similar ordeal as myself. Then I contacted PayPal Resolution -- although they sent for information to Square Off, they've not responded at all. So I am waiting for my refund at this point.
Do yourself a favor, stay clear away from this mechant.”
