The pop-up to get me to add more items to my order leaves me feeling tricked and cheated. The count down clock to decide on the pop-up bargain is another cheap trick. You offer free shipping for orders over $50 dollars. The pop-up purchase put my order into $80 but I still paid shipping. Now you send me this satisfaction survey and my shipment has NOT YET ARRIVED !!! I purchase to over the same product but in different packaging quantities. The survey did not recognize this and asked me to rate the same product multiple times.
