I used a big firm on a claim case lasting 3 years which they messed up ; SSB took on my case as a transfer at very short notice. It was great to use a local firm and be able to meet with my advisor at a convenient time and place. The advice given was clear and I'm glad to say they resolved my case in a much better outcome than I envisaged.
I do not often recommend firms as I expect good service and competent work always , however SSB were excellent and restored my faith in members of the legal community.
