Our company motor insurance claim was passed to SSB after being with another solicitors for over a year and then advising us they had a conflict of interest. SSB took the bull by the horns immediately and they put a claim in with the MIB which at no point the other solicitors even contemplated they just kept on trying to contact the third party who never responded. They were handed our case in April and we received our refund was received in September. This was exceptional and I would hope that our company motor insurers would use them again rather than the original ones who were useless and never responded to emails that were sent to them.
