I am elderly and living in a retirement home with disabilities. I have been trying to speak to someone at SSE about my electricity statements which are extremely high. I spend hours on the phone being shunted from South Africa to the Philippines and urgently need to speak to someone here in the UK. This is beginning to weigh me down. The service is extremely poor.
