For the past two weeks I have been awfully treated by SSE trying to resolve my electricity has been truly a nightmare! I have tried to resolve the issue of me not being able to top up my electricity for the past two weeks as I have literally moved in to my new home on many occasions I have been on calls for hours going round in circles getting directed to different people without resolving the problem and hanging up on my calls after waiting for an hour to respond. With evedence on my phone from live chats telling me not to do anything about my electricity and wait. It is shocking that it had to come for electricity to be fully cut off for SSE to do something about it! I have a 8 month old baby which you were putting at risk as I couldn’t feed his bottle as there was no electricity to boil kettle with. I will be taking this further as this is very poor neglect of a customer service!
