I called a number for payment and they immediately responded. I paid my electricity and I wanted to ask why my account doesn't appear and why I am charged this amount. The customer service was useless, she just repeated the same things and she told me she didn't know to answer. I yold her ask your manager. I have to pay but I cannot gave answers. They sent me for £34 mails, email and text but nobody answered my messages. Hungry for money, horrible company.
