I'm very disappointed with a provider. Customer service is horrible-they can hang up if don't know how or don't want to deal with an issue. Reception is bad- it can cut of after staying on the line for hours. Automatic voice says they work till 8pm, but line cuts of at 6, because they don't work.
System always breaks
I can't sort the issue with my meter for few days now, already spent about 6 hrs on the phone, they still taking money from my credit, but I have no hot water!
Waste of time and money
