This company offer a very bad service. I joined them in July 2021, no bill arrived by the end of August “we don’t have you on the system” was their reply, they offered me no help at all so I switched suppliers. Now they are sending me estimated final bills, I have emailed them and called them with the correct reading, this communication has been ignored by them. I strongly advice anyone not to have anything to do with this service provider.
