worst company I have ever dealt with, clearly common practice to put you on hold for hours just to be told you've been put through to the wrong department over and over again, its took the over 6 months and my account has still not been closed after moving out. Also if you come to the end of your telephone package deal, they double the price without telling you but keep the direct debit the same then wait a year and tell you you owe them hundreds of pounds.
