Not even want to give 1 star.
As everybody says customer centre passed 4 times to reached correct person. They sent me made up final bills meter reading just made up that's why no details. They charged 5 times I expected.
Meter reading machine is smart meter that SSE can read anytime correct meter reading.
Because final bill they just wanted more than usage.
What kind of company just made up final bill as they like.
They doesn't admit / amend. I had to contact Obudsman. Still no resolve. Worst company I ever experienced.
