This is the worst company in the UK, if not the world. They charged me a fraudulent gas bill based on zero evidence of actual gas usage. I sent three emails querying this bill - nobody relied. Nobody answers the phones either. After their thugs started sending threatening emails about debt collectors and credit ratings I paid their fraudulent bill. This is literal daylight robbery. I have been mugged by this company.
The only silver lining is that I will never have to pay a penny to SSE again.
Avoid this criminal organisation at all costs.
