I Phoned SSE tariffs line on the 24th March at about 11am as I needed to talk to someone about renewing my tariff, I spoke to Lucy who I must say was the most helpful person I have spoken to at SSE, not only did she help with my energy enquiries but also promised to phone me back as I also needed help renewing my broadband, she was true to her word and phoned back within 15 minutes, thank you Lucy you are a credit to SSE.
