Absolutely USELESS!!! I can't stress that enough.
Absolutely USELESS!!!! I havent had a gas bill in 2 years and everyone I speak to is hopeless, doesn't sort it out, makes empty promises and does NORHING. I'm sick of sitting for ages on their hopeless phone line waiting for someone to answer, only for them to do nothing... And filling in online forms which are IGNORED. AVOID like the plague!
