Absolutely shocking customer service , waiting on average 35 minutes to speak to someone, then they cut you off trying to put your through to another department. This company is making a fortune off the backs of customers and they can’t even be bothered to answer the phone in a timely manner. It has taken me 4 weeks to attempt to sort out te problem I have and I’m still waiting , having to call everyday at different times to attempt to get through to someone. #joke
