ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL AND AWFUL COMPANY . My meter stopped working, I rang for an engineer, I was told they don’t have engineers !! Yes an electric company with no engineers. I have to wait until the credit on my smart meter runs out, when I have no electric they will then send an emergency engineer out. I explained that they have already identified a fault, my father is near death in a home and my son has a very important online exam, as we don’t know when the electric will run out, this doesn’t seem fair or at all acceptable in the circumstances and please can we book an engineer… ..NO … AS THIS COMPANY DO NOT HAVE ENGINEERS … they only have emergency call out engineers ….I WAS ADVISED… IF I WANT AN “EMERGENCY ENGINEER” ON A DAY THAT’S CONVENIENT TO ME … I CAN PLUG IN ALL MY GADGETS AND RUN THE ELECTRIC DOWN…. Then I can get seen at a more convenient time…… WORDS FAIL ME. WHEN THE FAULT IS FIXED …. I’M LEAVING THIS COMING
