Quite frankly the worst energy company you could be with. Customer service is appalling, no one knows what they are doing and just pass you around, end up being on hold for over 2 hours and still not having your problems resolved. Struggling to even leave the company! We are a business and have since moved to multiple other suppliers and honestly I would recommend any where else other than SSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
