This is the worse customer service i have ever experienced whilst dealing with a utility company. The wait time to actually speak to someone is absolutely ridiculous the first time i was on hold 45 minutes and then promptly cut off by the advisor, currently been on hold 25 minutes and yet to speak to anyone. I would strongly advise people to avoid any dealings with them
