Worst company I have ever been with. The customer service way of working is:
1. Listen to your problem
2. Put you on hold/ bouncing to random departments
3. Make sure the problem is not solved and hung up after 30 min
SSE actively exasperates people wishing they give up on their money.
Shockingly bad company
