Shocking customer service. I placed two orders in the last couple of weeks. Both incorrect. 7 business days to respond to emails! Incorrect return labels sent for the second order. When I called to explain what happened there was no apology. In fact the agent remained silent so I thought the call was dropped. And then curtly stated that she could either issue a label or I’m free just to use my local courier. No thank you at the end of the call. Just hung up.
