Would suggest offering up more complete, direct communication when managing rentals. We had a couple specific questions, and felt that the communication was very basic and minimal. A phone call to discuss the rental and what services are offered would have been much more helpful. We are used to renting directly from the owner via VRBO/AirBNB/Vacasa, so we expected a bit "extra" when working with a rental management service. Also, having to send a personal check to an address was not preferable - it was outdated and somewhat risky.
