“Everything was amazing. From the people I worked with before we left, Rob and Mary Pati. Both of you gave us exceptional service. The people we worked with at the villa, Leo and Medy, were unbelievable. Nothing was too much for them. If something at the the villa was not working, it would be fixed that day. Whatever we needed was provided for us. Thanks you so much for helping to make our vacation such a memorable experience. Nothing was ever too much for them. St Martin Blue is the company to deal with when booking your vacation in St Martin. I have been using them for many years and everything always goes very smoothly.”

“The house was extremely clean , beautiful and was equipped with everything and anything you could need or want . Carol and Remy were always available to assist and advise with any plans or needs . They were very helpful in making our trip so memorial .”

“Our stay in St. Martin was absolutely unforgettable, and this home was a huge part of that. The house was exceptional in every way — beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and even more stunning than the photos. The views were breathtaking, the amenities were top-notch, and every detail made us feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet close to everything we needed. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat. “We love this house and have always had a great time, this time the one issue we had is that the master bedroom bed had bedbugs, we are sure. My wife and I both had hundreds of bites all over our legs (and on our feet, which were only outside shoes either in the pool or in the bed) and could not sleep because we were so itchy. It was not mosquitos or flies. We spent the last 3 nights sleeping on the couches in the main room and could not use the bedroom. Immediately the bites calmed down and we were able to sleep, but that is not really what we signed up for , to sleep on couches for half our stay…”

“Escaped frigid New England and stayed at Villa Beaulieu in Terres Basses for a week with friends. Loved the neighborhood, the accomodations, the view and relaxing poolside. Cheyenne and her team were outstanding. Always there to assist or make suggestions when asked. We took advantage of the many activities on St Martin from hiking Pic Paradis, enjoying lunch with the monkeys at Loterie Farm, hearing stories about Anthony Bourdain while enjoying a homecooked vegan meal at the Ital Shack, savoring a fresh fruit smoothie across from Chez Ferdinand Bakery in Marigot, spending a day on Pinel Island and so much more. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“Worst booking service used in SXM over the last 3 years. Never saw the concierge once in 7 days. Had to figure out pretty much everything on my own including the location of things within the villa and how things work. Process for booking and confirming was horrible with a ridiculous amount of emails constantly for days on end with items that can all be included in one simple email once the reservation is confirmed. Definitely a disappointing experience especially for someone that is on the island renting villas every 3-4 weeks while travelling for business. I will definitely be speaking to Richard Virenque who is the villa owner about this experience in lieu of making a google review out of respect for my friend who is good friends of his.”

The communications you received before arrival were part of the required process to complete documentation requested by the gated community for access authorization, which is mandatory for all guests staying within that residence. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to assist you during your visit and would have gladly been available had you wished to make use of our concierge support. “Our stay at The Lotus property was wonderful. 3 couples fit perfectly into the house. All of the roooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully appointed, along with several outdoor patio dining options. The star of the show however was the pool and deck area. It was hard to leave and go to the beach and fight the crowds. We spent hours at the pool, with drinks, food and music. A tremendous setting! One missing item was available beach chairs. Grabbing a few chairs when heading to the beach would have really open up some options for us.”
