Everything was amazing. From the people I worked with before we left, Rob and Mary Pati. Both of you gave us exceptional service. The people we worked with at the villa, Leo and Medy, were unbelievable. Nothing was too much for them. If something at the the villa was not working, it would be fixed that day. Whatever we needed was provided for us. Thanks you so much for helping to make our vacation such a memorable experience. Nothing was ever too much for them. St Martin Blue is the company to deal with when booking your vacation in St Martin. I have been using them for many years and everything always goes very smoothly.

villa was great - housekeeping was consistant and punctual. really enjoyed hanging on the patio. One funny anecdote - woke up many times and saw poop on the deck. I was concerned it was wild dogs, turns out its from the iguanas !!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the beautiful island of St Martin. None of us had ever been there and were met with the most friendly people we’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend the luxury of in-home chef for at least one meal during the stay. The many beaches on the island were beautiful and the restaurants we visited never disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. It is located in a great spot and very secure. Wonderfully decorated and appointed. Has everything you need so dont over pack. Housekepping will come everyday but really not needed so we gracioulsy sent her home a few times. Wondeful lady. I would not hesitate to rent this or any villa in the future from St Martin Blue. Thanks for everything

Such an easy review to write. Simply stated, St. Martin Blue was outstanding to work with in all aspects of booking our Villa in St. Martin. Villa Specialist Eddie Hunt and Concierge Mary Patti were super knowledgeable and helpful, as well as quick to respond to all my questions as they guided us through the entire application process and the amenities available.Thank you St. Martin Blue!!!!

First of all St Martin Blue did an amazing job of accommodating us once we learned of the overwhelming amount of sargassum that had been in the area around our originally booked villa. It was much appreciated that Eddie and Mary were able to accommodate us despite the short notice. They did a fantastic job of orchestrating the change. Upon arrival at the villa, we were met by the concierge Cheyenne, who unfortunately seemed to be inconvenienced when providing us the brief tour and answering questions. She was not helpful during our stay and also for departure did not reach out with any updates about our delayed airport transportation until she was contacted. This was nothing like our previous stay where our concierge was very attentive and responsive. We are hoping that this was a fluke as we really did look forward to coming back to St Martin through SMB.

We have used St. Martin Blue for five years now. Except for this year we have been very satisfied with the villas we have stayed at. This year we were very disappointed. With the exception of the location we don't feel this villa warrants itself as a "luxury" villa. St. Martin Blue should do a better job monitoring which villas they include.

We stayed at Ocean's One in April 2026. Service through St. Martin Blue was exactly as we hoped. Booking was very easy, Chelsea our concierge was very accomodating, had great suggestions, and was responsive. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

Property was excellent, although very open and very buggy and overrun with wildlife. It was relxing and felt safe for the most part. Pool was great, although it was cleaned only once on our first day, and we never saw the gardener the rest of the week (so we skimmed it and cleaned animal matter left around it ourselves). Our concierge, Cheynne, was excellent and extremely helpful. Housekeeping, however, was dismal. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were never touched, we had to do our own laundry, and our kitchen was never cleaned except for some handwashed dishes left to dry on the counter (there was a dishwasher). The laundry room was groos, with a sink full of dirty towels and a used diaper that was there before we arrived, and stayed there the entire time. We are not rich, but we have used Isle blue previously and expect housekeeping to do more than the bare minimum--this is why we pay for your services. Other than that, your food services were excellent per usual.

Patty-No concierge. One was supposed to be there. Housekeeping sucked. Couldn’t get clean towels. I would never stay at this villa again. The services that were advertised sucked. Abby- we have stayed with St. Martin Blue at La Bella Casa twice and Mes Ami’s once, all of these visits included concierge that were available daily. We were greeted with specialty drinks, we were met each morning with questions answered about the villa and how to use amenities, we were offered laundry service, we were offered assistance with excursions and services within the villa. This time, Cheyenne was not there to greet us, but told us she was delayed due to a flight issue. We were tired and ready to unpack and relax. We expected to see her the next day. We did not see her until 5 minutes before departure. We had massages scheduled during our stay and one of the guests had to be on standby to let them in thru the gate and figure out the set up. We had lunch delivered and again had to do the gate. We did not have help with the stove, microwave or ac units. The lights were also a learning curve. One night, we decided to stay in and we could not figure out the tv. Cheyenne sent someone and we waited for 35 minutes. He came and wanted to help but spoke no English. My husband and I worked hard with our little French and he worked hard with his little English and we figured out how to turn the tv on. We figured with the picture on the tv we were good to go. After he left we put in the movie and there was no sound. Our family night was over. Cheyenne only communicated thru text and asked to stop by only after we told her our frustration. Roy and Leo from the other villas would have set everything up. Our massages would have been waiting for us and they would have gotten us at the pool only to walk into the room. We would never had to fight the gate and figure out logistics. This is the feedback I have from the previous experiences we have had. As for housekeeping, the towels weren’t replaced and we were told we could do our own laundry except the washer and dryer were always full. Not the experience we are used to.

The previous villas you mentioned included a dedicated on-site villa host, whose role is to provide a highly personalized and continuous level of service exclusively for one property. In contrast, the concierge service at this villa is designed to support multiple guest stays across numerous properties and typically includes an arrival orientation along with assistance upon request throughout your stay. That said, the level of responsiveness and support you experienced fell short, and we regret that this impacted your stay so significantly. We also apologize for the approximately 15-minute delay in your welcome, which occurred because your flight arrived earlier than anticipated. Regardless, we understand how important a smooth and immediate arrival experience is, and we take responsibility for not delivering that to the standard you expected. Your feedback is extremely valuable and has been shared with our team so we can make the necessary improvements to ensure a more seamless and supportive guest experience going forward. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
