We seem to have credits from our 3 visits but have not been told how to use them??

We have used St. Martin Blue for five years now. Except for this year we have been very satisfied with the villas we have stayed at. This year we were very disappointed. With the exception of the location we don't feel this villa warrants itself as a "luxury" villa. St. Martin Blue should do a better job monitoring which villas they include.

Property was excellent, although very open and very buggy and overrun with wildlife. It was relxing and felt safe for the most part. Pool was great, although it was cleaned only once on our first day, and we never saw the gardener the rest of the week (so we skimmed it and cleaned animal matter left around it ourselves). Our concierge, Cheynne, was excellent and extremely helpful. Housekeeping, however, was dismal. Our bedrooms and bathrooms were never touched, we had to do our own laundry, and our kitchen was never cleaned except for some handwashed dishes left to dry on the counter (there was a dishwasher). The laundry room was groos, with a sink full of dirty towels and a used diaper that was there before we arrived, and stayed there the entire time. We are not rich, but we have used Isle blue previously and expect housekeeping to do more than the bare minimum--this is why we pay for your services. Other than that, your food services were excellent per usual.

The Villa is truly beautiful with amazing views! Although its not equipped for families with smaller kids . Not baby proof at all , but if you are going just with adults , this would be the best villa we have stayed so far! We have been to this Island before and cleaning service has been wonderful, although you have to mention if you want something cleaned specifically, our kids feet were always dirty when it came to the floor

We previosly worked with Carimo which St. Martin Blue acquired. St. Martin Blue has done a great job, however their internal communication could use some improvement. Front end communications were not relayed to our concierge making her job a bit more difficult.

I really liked the property and the cleaning staff was excellent The overall experience was great. However, we did not see our concierge the entire time we were on property which was SHOCKING! I would have given a 5 star had the concierge engaged.

St. Martin Blue was great to work with before and during our stay. The only thing I would comment on is that the contact prior to arrival doesn't always know the exact things available at the accommodation (like toiletries). Ended up not being an issue but exact details are always helpful.

The website is fantastic. Easy to find great properties and lots of activities and ideas at your fingertips. You should stock the houses with some basic supplies that make cooking easier. We didn't even have coffee filters or salt and pepper.

My points: 1. Driver did not show up. 2. After waiting for one hour, the concierge told us to take a taxi. 3. Concierge did not provide address to give the taxi driver. 4. The Concierge did not show us everything in the Villa (i.e. where to put garbage when full, remote, extra towels, pillow cases, etc.). 5. The itinerary received stipulated a 12pm check out, yet the concierge advised it was 11am.

Overall a good experience, however made a request prior to arrival for bed rails and balloons for my daughters 5th birthday...neither were there on our arrival. I then made as second request while we were there and neither were delivered.

St Martin Blue was very easy to use for villa reservation and airport transfer. The property was accurately represented in its advertisement. You were responsive to inquiries prior to travel. We will use your agency again. Although we didn't require concierge assistance with activities, Cheyenne was responsive to messages about transport and AC. Unfortunately, she didn't resolve AC issue. However, we do feel that St Martin Blue was well aware of an AC issue in the Mumbai master bedroom, but Cheyenne acted like our complaint was the first she heard about it. Apparently the AC needs some major repair. The AC would only cool to 25 C which was not comfortable enough for our guests to have a good sleep.

We rented Mubai for 2 weeks ! First 3 days we had considerale issues . . . Air conditioning, Hot water and TV - must report that the staff was outstanding in resolving all of our issues within 3 days! We did feel that all of the issues should have been checked and resolved before our arrival so that was a disappoitntment. Greatful for an outstanding staff. Loved the location and appreciated the amazing views and sunsets.
