Good points Beautiful view and a tremendous location. Gated community with 24/7 guard. Ample parking with easy access to the front door. Villa looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Rayma the housekeeper was exceptional and kept the villa in tip-top shape for our 3 week's stay. The pickup and drop-off service to and from the airport was included in the price. The rental car was delivered to & picked up from the villa. Provisions that we ordered were delivered & stocked prior to our arrival without a problem Bad points Mosquitoes in the house were a major problem. Even though we kept the doors & windows closed the entire trip my wife had at least 40 plus mosquito bites. The problem improved once they came out and fixed the mosquito traps. There is an open-air area in the foyer, between the two doors, that when it rains the soil below the plants is very wet and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. I even bought 2 cans of flying bug spray and sprayed the ground below the plants. I would also keep the door closed to the garage at all times. There are open portholes between the open foyer and the garage where the mosquitoes have easy access. While the furniture was very stylish it was NOT comfortable. The coffee maker & blender were broken but were replaced the next day. The phone did not work in the villa so you can make no local calls. If you want to make local calls you will need to download WhatsApp & that's problematic. We ended up having to get the ATT international plan ($10 a day) so we could make restaurant reservations. Direct beach access is no longer available for the beach directly in front of the villa is no longer there.

I enjoyed my stay. I would like to say that the mosquitos did present a problem. I would suggest a periodically scheduled insect spray or some other method of control.

I dont see myself visiting St Martin again but if use the company for a different country.

The stay was good, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and need to be looked into. Our Wi-Fi went out every night.

Wonderful location. Beautiful pool. Bedrooms were absolutely beautiful. Kitchen appliances in need of update along with grilll.

Serena is a paradise. Loved every minute - never wanted to leave the place. Love to return soon. One small issue, the wifi worked intermittinly - that was annoying. All the help was pleasant and efficient.

Stayed in unit five and there was a very strong odor of sewage coming from the bathroom. After several attempts outer still was very strong. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at the Villa

We rented Mes Amis which was a very nice villa. St. Martin Blue was good to deal with and they will be very responsive when you get close to your date.

This is our third stay at Blue Sailing booked through St Martin Blue. It’s as relaxing as the pictures look! We have three young kids and we walk everyday to the beach, you can’t beat the views or the weather. There are a couple areas of improvement at the Villa, there were a lot of bees flying by the pool shed, luckily none of us are allergic, if you were you likely wouldn’t be able to swim because there were so many. The first 1.5 days we didn’t have hot water but I think it was from the rental changeover and laundry usage because we got hot water after the first 1.5days we were there.

We have been to St_Martin villa's for more than 20 years. The villa was fine, but the quality of the stay is declining: We know water is important in the Carribean, but this shower is ridiculous. In case of emergency: no phone, not even a piece of paper with emergency number or the gate at the entrance. I know, we have a cell phone, but we have to get a card at the supermarket , etc.etc.. We have to get up ( like most people) at 3:00 o'clock in the morning to get to the airport. When we finally arrive ( long wait in the airports with all the covid and security protocol) the last thing we want to discover is that the fridge is empty and to have to wait for the car to get to the market . Charge for it, but help yous customers like you use to do in the good days!! Finally, they tried to charge me$5.00/day more for car insurance.

Loved the views, the welcoming staff and the clean environment. The only hiccup was when the water ran out. The problem was fixed early the next day, so it was a short inconvenience.

You made the process of traveling to St. Martin hassle-free, which was much appreciated. Everything went pretty smoothly with arrival, check-in, and car rental and travel restriction information. Some of the info that was listed on our travel site was incorrect regarding gate (there was no gated entry code- perhaps not repaired from Irma?) and wifi information was incorrect. The local property manager left us updated information thankfully. The property was good and the view was unbeatable but I am not sure it hit the luxury mark. Communication was timely and loaded with information. You were definitely easy to work with! We will definitely look to St. Martin Blue for our next trip to the island.

Upon arrival we were given the keys to Aqua Azul. As soon as we entered the condo I knew something was wrong. I didn’t have Wi-Fi and had to go the Italian restaurant to call you. After waiting in the condo for over an hour, the security guard and housekeeper arrived and confirmed we were in the wrong unit. We were then escorted to Artimino. This ordeal is very concerning and the condo owners should be aware that keys are had out haphazardly.

In general, we were very pleased with the overall services of St Martin Blue. They were always response to my requests and inquiries and proactively sent out information regarding our visit and our villa. Our local concierge was helpful but we had some challenges in getting our Covid test results in the promised time frame even though we paid for a local nurse to come to the villa to perform the test Again, overall we were pleased and would use their services again

Have used Luxury Retreats in the past. We used St Martin Blue because of better price and Luxury Retreats stated they are moving away from supporting the smaller villas. St Martin Blue is certainly not as good as Luxury Retreats WAS. But I really can't compare since I don't think Luxury Retreats is as good as they were!

We spent an enjoyable week at the Encore property. Communication between the property manager and St. Martin Blue could have been a bit better. Otherwise Blue was pretty good about answering our questions and providing us with information about local arrangements. The rental car process through Blue was very seamless and easy.

Would suggest offering up more complete, direct communication when managing rentals. We had a couple specific questions, and felt that the communication was very basic and minimal. A phone call to discuss the rental and what services are offered would have been much more helpful. We are used to renting directly from the owner via VRBO/AirBNB/Vacasa, so we expected a bit "extra" when working with a rental management service. Also, having to send a personal check to an address was not preferable - it was outdated and somewhat risky.
