"First time booking with St Martin Blue will definitely use their services again. Eddie was very professional as well as the other staff members whom we emailed to ask additional questions before booking. They kept us up to date of what to expect upon arrival in St. Maarten. We had Enzo as our concierge, he was amazing. He gave us a tour of the property and showed us how to use the TV, safe etc. Every day he sent us updates of the live music events, plus he always asked us if we had any questions or needed anything. From start to finnish St Martin Blue was a wonderful experience, highly reccomend them."

"We had a wonderful time during our stay with St Martin Blue for our honeymoon. Overall, we felt well taken care of leading up to and during the trip. The staff was very attentive with helping organize our stay and gathering our provisions, and were very communicative to ensure we had everything we needed and provide any guidance or recommendations we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of all of the features in the villa, and we thought the space was even nicer than the photos depicted, especially with the daily cleaning staff coming through to ensure if was maintained. We also really enjoyed the additional services we opted for.\r\n\r\nThere were a couple things we ran into that certainly didn't ruin the overall trip, but did slightly dampen our time there. There was a large party at the villa next door during one of our night's stay, which had two stages and a concert sound system set up for a DJ\/band. Naturally, it was very loud - both throughout the evening that ran until midnight, as well as during their setup and soundchecks during the day. Given the premium cost that we happily paid for this private getaway, we definitely didn't expect a party of that scale next door during our stay - especially since the villa includes some rules on being considerate with noise\/music in order to maintain a peaceful setting for neighbors. We didn't learn of the party until the day of either, and we felt we should've been made aware in advance, particulary because we scheduled the private chef service through St Martin Blue for that same night. The chef was fantastic and his food was remarkable, but all the noise of the party slightly tarnished the experience.\r\n\r\nThere was also a power outage on the block that same day. The villa does have backup generators, but those malfunctioned as well. And while it seems safe to assume the outage was caused by setup of the party, we know that they can happen unexpectedly regardless. We were as understanding as possible, but it was also clear that the neighboring villa was being prioritized for restoring power due to their party. We got a complimentary bottle of wine for our trouble, but needless to say, it was a frustrating day and had us a feeling like a bit of an afterthought to the staff.\r\n\r\nWith all of that said, it was one day of our weeklong trip. Otherwise, the rest of the week was relaxing, peaceful, and really beautiful. We couldn't have more positive things to say about the villa and St Blue Martin, and we're hoping to return again in the future!"
