Worst booking service used in SXM over the last 3 years. Never saw the concierge once in 7 days. Had to figure out pretty much everything on my own including the location of things within the villa and how things work. Process for booking and confirming was horrible with a ridiculous amount of emails constantly for days on end with items that can all be included in one simple email once the reservation is confirmed. Definitely a disappointing experience especially for someone that is on the island renting villas every 3-4 weeks while travelling for business. I will definitely be speaking to Richard Virenque who is the villa owner about this experience in lieu of making a google review out of respect for my friend who is good friends of his.

Our records show that our concierge team reached out prior to arrival to arrange your orientation and offer assistance throughout your stay, but these services were declined. The communications you received before arrival were part of the required process to complete documentation requested by the gated community for access authorization, which is mandatory for all guests staying within that residence. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to assist you during your visit and would have gladly been available had you wished to make use of our concierge support. [ ] We are so disappointed in the Lune De Miel villa. It is filthy, it took me hours to clean the kitchen enough to use it. Everything was sticky, and was covered in food participles. My figures stuck to the cabinet handles, as well as the counters. The veneer is peeling off the kitchen cabinets and covered in stains. The bathroom cabinets are rotting away. There is black mold creeping out in the kitchen, and the wall between the laundry room and living room. You could not only see it, but smell it. Water from god knows where is leaking out the wall at the entry way. The air-conditioning units are so rusted and bottoms are gone. The pool guy by once because I contacted the concierge, but he came in the middle of a storm. I used a kitchen flour sieve to skim the pool before we could even use it. The skimmer is broken. We'll NEVER stay there again. The price is way to high as the the villa is trash.

Very bad conditions, Villa Nina is not un luxery villa. Not clean, lot of cockroachs everywhere (even IN the bed !) Not adapted for family. We don't recommend for any price !
