My points:
1. Driver did not show up.
2. After waiting for one hour, the concierge told us to take a taxi.
3. Concierge did not provide address to give the taxi driver.
4. The Concierge did not show us everything in the Villa (i.e. where to put garbage when full, remote, extra towels, pillow cases, etc.).
5. The itinerary received stipulated a 12pm check out, yet the concierge advised it was 11am.
