“[ ] We are so disappointed in the Lune De Miel villa. It is filthy, it took me hours to clean the kitchen enough to use it. Everything was sticky, and was covered in food participles. My figures stuck to the cabinet handles, as well as the counters. The veneer is peeling off the kitchen cabinets and covered in stains. The bathroom cabinets are rotting away. There is black mold creeping out in the kitchen, and the wall between the laundry room and living room. You could not only see it, but smell it. Water from god knows where is leaking out the wall at the entry way. The air-conditioning units are so rusted and bottoms are gone. The pool guy by once because I contacted the concierge, but he came in the middle of a storm. I used a kitchen flour sieve to skim the pool before we could even use it. The skimmer is broken. We'll NEVER stay there again. The price is way to high as the the villa is trash.”

“My family & I had a wonderful stay at Villa Pamplemousse. St Martin Blue was helpful with arranging our stay and always replied very quickly, but for future SXM visits we will switch back to the other booking company we’ve always used. They were more helpful & friendly - ex. Instead of providing a link with emails for me to make restaurant reservations, the other concierge did all communication and reservations on my behalf. The other company was more aware of places closed for low season versus me having to do the research on my own. The other had welcome gifts & treats for us when we arrived. Our stay was wonderful but because I’ve experienced other booking agents my personal preference is the competitor.”

“Thanks to St Martin Blue our family had a wonderful vacation. Eddie was exceptional throughout the process! His help in selecting the best villa to suit our needs and his responsiveness to our questions saved us so much time and stress. Having the team on the ground meet us at the airport and get us to the villa was a good way to kick of our carefree time on the island. Our house keeper gave us a tour upon arrival and was a pleasure throughout our stay. We are already beginning to plan our next to St Martin.”

“Booking with St. Martin Blue was very easy it came to me as a recommendation and so glad I went with it. Mary the booking concierge was very responsive whenever I had a question and was able to be a great help! I’ve already recommended St. Martin Blue to many friends going forward! “I really liked the property and the cleaning staff was excellent The overall experience was great. However, we did not see our concierge the entire time we were on property which was SHOCKING! I would have given a 5 star had the concierge engaged.”

“Our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 children, ages 1-8, stayed at Villa Pamplemousse for ten days in July. We booked through St Martin Blue and were pleased with the process. We did rent two cars for our large group but were still met at the airport by a representative to guide us to the villa. Upon arrival our concierge was there to greet us and take us on a tour of the property. She also checked in on us during our stay. We did have a few minor issues which were quickly resolved by our concierge. We didn’t use any of the other services they offer as we have been to St. Martin before and planned our own itinerary for the time there. St. Martin Blue is a reputable agency and a great place to rent a vacation villa.”

“The villa was amaizing, love the larges and confortables bedrooms all facing the sea, beautifuls batherooms , all house have air conditioning, the pool is so nice and gigantesque. really enjoyed the 7 nights and will definitivly come back. My guests was delighted and love the house.”

“Loved our stay at Casa Sand, our host Mahdi was very personable and accommodating. House was just as pictured. Very nice gated home, with lovely infinity pool which we used daily. Beautiful views of the ocean, and a two minute drive to Anse Marcel beach. Highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful time during our stay with St Martin Blue for our honeymoon. Overall, we felt well taken care of leading up to and during the trip. The staff was very attentive with helping organize our stay and gathering our provisions, and were very communicative to ensure we had everything we needed and provide any guidance or recommendations we were looking for. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of all of the features in the villa, and we thought the space was even nicer than the photos depicted, especially with the daily cleaning staff coming through to ensure if was maintained. We also really enjoyed the additional services we opted for. There were a couple things we ran into that certainly didn't ruin the overall trip, but did slightly dampen our time there. There was a large party at the villa next door during one of our night's stay, which had two stages and a concert sound system set up for a DJ/band. Naturally, it was very loud - both throughout the evening that ran until midnight, as well as during their setup and soundchecks during the day. Given the premium cost that we happily paid for this private getaway, we definitely didn't expect a party of that scale next door during our stay - especially since the villa includes some rules on being considerate with noise/music in order to maintain a peaceful setting for neighbors. We didn't learn of the party until the day of either, and we felt we should've been made aware in advance, particulary because we scheduled the private chef service through St Martin Blue for that same night. The chef was fantastic and his food was remarkable, but all the noise of the party slightly tarnished the experience. There was also a power outage on the block that same day. The villa does have backup generators, but those malfunctioned as well. And while it seems safe to assume the outage was caused by setup of the party, we know that they can happen unexpectedly regardless. We were as understanding as possible, but it was also clear that the neighboring villa was being prioritized for restoring power due to their party. We got a complimentary bottle of wine for our trouble, but needless to say, it was a frustrating day and had us a feeling like a bit of an afterthought to the staff. With all of that said, it was one day of our weeklong trip. Otherwise, the rest of the week was relaxing, peaceful, and really beautiful. We couldn't have more positive things to say about the villa and St Blue Martin, and we're hoping to return again in the future!”
