I ordered a lovely dress, standard size unfortunately it came and had been customised and did not fit I contacted stacees and sent photos of the dress with tags and a description where it did not fit like they asked for ….. but have no reply to my emails even though I have contacted them several time … the dress was for my daughters wedding and I couldn’t wear it …. I am thoroughly disappointed in there customer service as the dress was not cheap.
