AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. They operate from China, NOT UK as their website would suggest. Their customer services are appalling. When trying to return a dress all in line with their published T's & C's they avoid supporting this. They at 1st try to offer a paltry £ return (about 10% of the value) and say you can keep the dress - like that's any use for something that is poor quality and not wanted. They then refuse to give you an address to return to. Back and forth bartering and refusing of offers and ended up raising a chargeback via credit card provider, which they are now trying to argue. They are so bad I've also raised report to Trading Standards as they sell into UK but seemingly don't want to adhere to UK Consumer Law. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I ordered a made-to-measure prom dress from Stacees.co.uk and paid extra for custom measurements and additional length. All measurements were submitted exactly as requested and confirmed by them before production. When the dress arrived, it was over 4 inches shorter than ordered, sitting well above the ankle and completely unwearable. This is not a minor issue on a made-to-measure garment. Despite clear photos and evidence, customer service gave contradictory explanations, denied responsibility, and repeatedly asked me to pay £40 to fix their manufacturing error, while offering small “goodwill” refunds that didn’t resolve the problem. The dress may be well made, but if it doesn’t fit and something goes wrong, they do not take responsibility. I would advise extreme caution when ordering custom dresses from this company.

Do not order from Stacees. The return process is a nightmare. They will try to offer you $15 first to not send back the dress. Then they will offer you $30 and you keep the dress. For a dress costing $150, this is ridiculous. Never buy from them. There are plenty of other options. The dress isn’t even great. The material feels cheap. Yes, it looks great in their pictures and ad but when you get it, it is nothing like the picture and the sizing is way off. I learned my lesson. Never buy from Stacees!!!!!

I ordered my wedding dress a size bigger. It states there is a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. The dress is lovely but didnt fit. I spent over 8 days trying to get the address to return for a larger size. Stacees would not give me the address to return it. Asked me to send another £100 and said they would send a bigger size. I explained i didn't want to be stuck with a dress that didnt fit. Still not giving me the address to return . They then emailed me yet again saying it would cost me £30 to return the dress to China. I was willing to pay the £30, so yet again asked for the returns address, still no joy. I eventually went to a local dress maker to see if she could redesign the dress, it has cost me a further £80. PLEASE DO NOT BUY, unless you are certain your dress will fit. As it is impossible to return. The eventually reimbursed me £35 towards the cost of redesigning the dress

Stacee’s Boutique is a scam. They said they would ship the dress I ordered for my daughter’s homecoming in two days. We didn’t receive the dress until a week and an half after her event. When she tried on the dress it was way too short. If she bent over even a little bit her underwear would show. She did not wear the dress and the tags were on the dress. I started the return process the same day we received the dress. The return process is a complete waste of time. Customer service, if you even want to call it that (someone in the basement of their house most likely), communicated with me about the return. They never would commit to accepting the return but told me to do things like take pictures of the dress with tags intact (which I did). 24 hours later they responded and told me they would give me $25 refund and recommended that I should sell the dress to a secondhand store. I told them how about since the dress is brand new and my daughter has never worn the dress they give me a full refund/pay for shipping and they resell the brand new never have been worn dress. Needless to say we had back and forth email communication with zero resolution. They did this for two weeks and that ran the time out per their return policy. I will never buy another dress from this online store; it was a huge mistake. I wasted $150 on a dress my daughter cannot wear, and did not receive in time for the event and to top it off I paid $16 for shipping to expedite the process. The dress from Stacees’s Boutique will end up being a goodwill donation. Hopefully someone will end up being able to use it.

I ordered dresses for my daughter. It was too large and she did not want to wear it. I complied with their "return" policy. I sent pictures of the unworn dress with tags. They responded that they would return approximately 15% of the cost. They need to just state that all sales are final. Their "return" policy is a complete fraud. If you love the dress great. The dress was of medium quality, but you better be sure it is the one you want and that it will fit perfectly otherwise, you will be losing money and have unwanted clothing.

Bought a dress which was far too big and requested a return within 14 days according to their return policy. They asked for pictures, which I sent of the original packaging and tags all still attached. They offered for me to alter the dress at £80, which I refused because the dress has built in bra cups which was too big for me. I asked if I can please just return the dress, as I didn't want to hassle with back and forth alterations. They again offered me a lower alteration price OR a partial refund of the original cost of the dress. They won't provide me with a return address or a full refund and how now stopped responding to my customer service messages.

They claim that it’s easy returns within 14 days. We got our dress and not only did it cost 187.00 the dress doesn’t fit my daughter, and quality was horrible. Literally the material was falling apart the sequence was falling off. They are impossible to work with. We don’t get our money back. I will never buy from them again nor will i suggest any of my friends to buy from them.
