Prom girlies do NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE TRUST ME. They have terrible customer service. I tried to so hard to get a refund but they refused and I had to resort to doing a dispute. AVOID THIS TRASH WEBSITE. There dresses arent well made

Ordered a dark navy dress, a bright red arrived. After numerous attempts of contacting the shop they eventually replies saying it’s a colour deviation and advise I order samples. Red from navy ? They offered to make another dress for a few and strongly advised I gift the dress to someone as I won’t get my money back and if I did send it back the dress would be lost losing all money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My order arrived and I was not happy with the product and wanted to return it. There’s no return option and you have to raise a ticket, I have messaged and messaged only for them to ignore me for nearly a week. I’ve had to message them on instagram for a response! Only to get a reply saying they can not except a return but can give me £10 back as compensation and make me a new dress for half the price! They advertise refunds within 14 days if the product isn’t a custom made size (which mine isn’t) and yet I cannot return the item?! Cheap materials, threads coming out, doesn’t look like the picture, horrendous packaging and SHOCKING customer service that doesn’t respond.

Very pretty dress. Nicely done. Custom made to measurement needed an extra .25 inch because it just fits snugly. Promised Shipping/arrival time was off by two weeks. Packaging was not ideal, very wrinkled. We're happy with it overall.

The website says 'worry-free returns on standard sizes within 14 days'. I asked on the chat on the website if i could return and was told that I could. I contacted them within 2 days of receiving the dress to ask how to return it. They offered me £20 refund on a £147 dress and then ignored my subsequent emails. The company seems to use its location in Hong Kong to completely ignore UK consumer laws and protections. I suspect that there is no ability to return dresses in any circumstances, including when they are defective or different from what was ordered. Ordering from this company is quite a risk.

The worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. The dress did not fit and I sent them pics but they kept saying that I need to show them the measurements of the dress. Who cares the dress did not fit. I sent them pictures. I give them a 0.

This company is a joke. I ordered a bridesmaid dress and in the email confirmation there was a picture of the dress I ordered. A completely different dress came in the mail. When I reached out to Stacees to see if they could reimburse the difference I was told I could pay $60 for any dress and my choice. The problem was is that I've already spent $130 on the dress of my choice and I just wanted the difference because they sent me a cheaper dress. Not knowing if another dress would come in time for my sisters wedding I had to pay $160 in alterations to take things like the train off that were not on the dress I ordered. After going back-and-forth some more with a horrible customer service representative I was told I could pay $15 for any item on the website, I opted for a formal jumpsuit. They sent me the wrong color and size.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my daughter's prom dress. When it arrived it wasn't true to the size and the quality was rubbish. I contacted them to get a return label, they asked me to create a ticket which I did. This was 5 weeks ago now and I am going around in circle. They don't answer the whatsapp, (only to say they will ask the team to contact me), then each time a different person emails (half of my emails are unanswered) and when they do email they say to create a ticket or that I should keep the dress and try to re-sell it!! They are avoiding to provide me with the return label. Once they have your money and the product is rubbish (which it is!!) they rob you of your £130 and lie to you in every email. I have now escalate it through PayPal and if I can stop anyone getting ripped off like I did, then that will make me happy. This company needs to close down. DO NOT BUY from them - you will get robbed and have a battle on your hand! How are they allowed to do this, I will never know! But more people need to speak up!

I don’t even want to give this so called business one star. I’ve never been so disappointed in a purchase before in my life. They won’t let me return the dress. They won’t refund my money. They sent me a dress that is basically trash and there’s nothing I can do about it. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The dress took way longer to ship than promised. Unrealiable and unrealistic shipping resulting in dress arriving after it is needed. Customer service is bad and unhelpful. Contacting them is only through live chat, you can't call them and you can't email them. My advice - avoid ordering dress from Stacee's.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We bought some dresses that were made cheaply, arrived late and were not able to be used for the event. I have been trying for two weeks to get their customer service to tell me how to make a return, they will not respond.

I’ve been trying for over 14 days to return a Dress that was too small when arrived and reading other reviews I’m not the only one who hasn’t been able to get a refund, I was recommended Stacees, I have an upset daughter wandering if she will get her money back to buy another prom dress

Bought a dress for £180 when the dress came late after paying £24 extra for delivery the dress was too tight contacted stacees for refund keep on blanking me filled the ticket in but no joy would not buy from this company again once they have got your money bye. Bye A BIG SSSSCCCCAAAAAMMMM. Still no refund

They're refusing a refund for a dress that was not like picture it had a very see through bodice. Now ignoring my emails after months of back and forth emails of ridiculous offers from them. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed that a company can get away with it. Shall report to trading standards and advise anyone else to do so that has had problems with them. Now left with a dress that can not be worn and £150 out of pocket!!!!

Do not buy from Stacee’s. No matter what they say it is impossible to return You don’t need a “ticket” to buy but you need a “ticket” to return. It is impossible to figure out how to get a ticket. On live chat they don’t help they say you need a “ticket”. It is not hard to return it’s impossible Do not buy. I am terribly unhappy

My daughter and I ordered a Prom dress on March 22, with Prom on April 6th. A standard dress (NOT custom). The delivery date was set for March 30-April 3. I have the screen shots to verify. Dress was delivered on the evening of the 8th. We had to buy a new dress at the mall the day of Prom and there was not much selection, but she had to get something. I have tried multiple times to get a refund and they are now unresponsive. I have copies of the chats and ticket information. They asked if I wanted to keep the dress and get a $40 refund. It was her senior prom and it is OVER. I want the full $159 refund. They will not respond to my ticket or chat requests. I have not even opened the dress, it is still in the original package waiting for instructions, return authorization, return address etc. After multiple attempts to return the dress, they came back again asking if I would take a $40 refund and keep the dress and if I insist, I would need to pay for shipping and they would only give me a 70% return. "If you insist on returning, we will apply for this return privilege from our manager and proceed a 70% refund of dress cost for you after receiving item."

I just want to make people aware not to use this company. You can not return items no matter what. I ordered two prom dresses which they pressurised me into giving the measurements for each dress, which they ended up making them the wrong way around. They will not accept responsibility and will not let you return them. Please avoid.
