We ordered several dresses for my daughter's graduation. They sent the dresses in 3 different packages. I went to return them and they start at the date the first dress arrived. Also, they gave me the run around for three days so I was over the 14 day return policy and now they refuse to return the dresses. I have been e-mailing them for weeks. Very awful customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES. Would give a negetive review if I could.

Very poor, I emailed beforehand to make sure I can return the dress if the size was too big, despite being told yes I could, I was then told I couldn't return or it would cost me over £50 to send it back. Absolutely disgusting, they should not get away with doing this to people. They then tried to over me very little money to keep the dress them sell it myself on another website. Shocking.

SCAMMERS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Worst customer service. They give you the run around when trying to return. Dress was too small and immediately initiated return when arrived. Kept tags on. They insist on proof by having you provide photos which I had no problem doing. Despite doing what asked, they STILL give you excuses, tell you shipping it back is not preferred and tell you to just keep it and sell on own. They offer you a mere $20 refund for a $126 dress including shipping. Ridiculous!!! I'm tired of the back and forth emails. Very unprofessional company. LIARS AND THEIVES!!

Hi, I’m Stacy from Stacy’s dresses in Torrance, CA. I noticed on a couple of my videos. There are bad reviews & we spell are names different. I’m not sure how to fix It. I just wanted to let someone know. I’m the Stacy that dresses in wedding gowns & dances & I do have wedding gowns. They are the most beautiful, perfect, and I only bought them to help brides. I’m not a sales person, but I do need to sell them but if u look at my page, you can tell I’m not a good sales person cuz I’m dancing around & my latest video I’m a Mom of all the dresses & I even adopted a new girl the other day. I’m a comedian & I would only sell a dress only if it was perfect & if you weren’t happy, I would send it back to you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM STACEE'S! My granddaughter's dress was too big. I asked for return information and they just keep giving me the runaround and offering me $25 and I can keep the dress, which was a total of $187. 00 including shipping. If you already ordered,and want to return the dress, don't waste your time, just go to your credit card company and start a billing dispute. Otherwise you are just wasting your time trying to get a refund or return information. I would go into more detail but Ive already wasted too much of my time. They are a horrible company. Do not order from them!

I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s return process. Their website states that returns are available, but in practice, I was not able to complete a return. When I tried to return my item, I was not offered a standard return or refund. Instead, I was offered a lower amount than what I originally paid, and my request to return the product was not accepted as expected. Customer service did not resolve the issue, and I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation for why the return could not be processed as advertised. Based on my experience, I would caution others to be very careful and make sure they fully understand the return process before purchasing.

Don’t buy from them. They are liars and cheats. They say you can return then tell you that they can give you $15 credit for $120 dress. They are frauds.

I ordered two gowns from this vendor with the intention of keeping one, which is common practice when deciding on fit and style. Both dresses arrived, and while the gown itself was beautiful and fit well, my experience with the company was extremely disappointing. Their policy states a 14‑day return window. I attempted to contact the vendor multiple times within that window to initiate a return, but was unable to get a response. I finally reached them four days after the return window ended, at which point they refused to honor the return, despite my documented attempts to contact them earlier. What I found most troubling was that instead of addressing the issue fairly, I was offered $10 to leave a positive review. This felt inappropriate and undermined my trust in the company. Interestingly, they will give you $5 off the purchase of a new dress, but are paying more than that for positive reviews. The product itself was good, but customer service and ethical business practices matter. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this vendor again.

Don't buy from here! We ordered a £155 dress. They checked the bust and hip size. They shipped a dress which is far too big for the measurements we'd supplied. No problem, let's return! Except you can't return. And they say because we're in the UK, they'll give us £30 to keep the dress, or £40. We don't want the dress. Quality is far below what it appears online. Customer online purchases are protected against such "policies" and you're always entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receipt. I am reporting this company - but be warned! Don't give them the money. You can't trust them to honour your consumer rights.

The dress also had a very noticeable pen mark right on the front! The return policy on their website specifies that I have 14 days to return the item, so I contacted them right away. Instead of granting me a return, they asked me to try rubbing the pen off with water, and if that didn't work, they asked if I could bring it to a dry cleaner. They said it may be leftover pen from the tailor. However, my dress supposedly went through a "quality inspection" before it was shipped. Asking me to clean a mess they made is unacceptable. I am still trying to get this return approved, and to have the shipping waived since this was all an error on their part. Sending me a dress with a pen stain on it and then asking me to bring it to a dry cleaner to clean it is completely unacceptable. I would like to return this dress, and I would like to have my original shipping fee refunded, and they should pay the return shipping fee. They are only offering me a partial return of the dress price. I can't use it nor sell it as it's damaged. POOR customer service, avoid at all costs!

The worst experience I have ever experienced! I have ordered 6 dresses over the past few months. I now have 6 dresses and paid over $800 and cannot wear any of them. I’m in a wedding in less than 2 weeks and have no dress! I have been blamed in almost every email and there is no assistance.

Total scam of a company!! DO NOT USE. They refuse to refund even on non made to order dresses. Instead they recommend you resell the dresses yourself on second hand websites - there are hundreds of Stacee dresses on eBay etc because desperate customers try to get their money back. Or they tell you it will cost you £70 to post back to China. Or they offer you different small amounts to keep the dresses. I spent £350 and have been offered £100 back. This is not legal or allowed. I have spent over 2 weeks emailing customer services and chasing this. The dresses I received looked awful - like something from a cheap fancy dress shop. Nothing I can do with them and I wouldn’t even give them to a charity shop.

THIS IS A DODGY CHINESE COMPANY THAT DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN A DRESS THEY SAY IT WAS MADE TO ORDER OR SUGGEST YOU TRY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK BY RESELLING IT YOURSELF ON A SECOND HAND WEBSITE. OR THEY SAY ITS £70 PER DRESS TO RETURN OR THEY OFFER YOU A £40 REFUND FOR A £350 SALE. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THE DRESS QUALITY IS ALSO POOR AND THEY LOOK SUPER CHEAP.

This order was placed based on the seller’s representation that it would ship within 48 hours. The item has not shipped within that timeframe and remains in production several days later. The delivery date was also changed after purchase. Because of this delay, the item will not arrive in time for my event and is no longer usable to me. The seller is refusing a full refund and attempting to charge a cancellation fee on a standard (non-custom) item, despite failing to meet their advertised shipping terms.

My daughters prom dress from Stacees was delivered yesterday. I was really worried after reading so many negative reviews and just had my fingers crossed the whole time. Ordered custom made on 15/2 and arrived 18/3. It is absolutely beautiful, it fits my daughter like a glove. It was a bit creased with being in the packaging so tightly but I steamed it as suggested. My daughter is so happy! The quality it absolutely on point I have nothing to complain about. I really can't understand such bad reviews.

They want allow me to return the dresses for a full refund baring in mind my dresses were a standard size!! £337 is alot of money i will keep arguing i will go to a solicitor these are scams!!

AVOID!!!! Do not buy from Stacees. Dress will arrive with wrong measurements. Will not give you the return address eventhough it is there fault. Terrible company. Do not do it!! Buy from somewhere else. No refunds !!! Please avoid.

My wife purchased this dress, it was ill fitting and the material was cheap, it was also squashed into a tiny bag so was completely creased. Although we have been emailing for over a week we have only been offered a small percentage of the cost back and advised to sell the dress, I would not try and palm this dress off on anyone. I am disgusted at their customer service and will advise everyone not to use this site.

i ordered a dress thru the website and it states that all standard size dresses have a money back guarantee, minus shipping, however custom tailored sales are final. sounds fair. so i ordered a standard size dress. i immediately got a email from them asking for my measurements. and that's when i started getting the feeling that this company is not the company to do business with. i immediately told them i want to cancel my order. which they did do, however they only refunded part of what i had paid. keeping out 57.65 of the refund because they had "started making the custom tailored dress", keep in mind that only minutes ago is when i placed the order for a standard size dress which it states on their website is fully refundable minus shipping costs. i talked with them several times to get them to refund the rest and they refused. after seeing all the negative reviews all relating to the same problem i am having with them, i am not surprised at all. horrible business practices.

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. They operate from China, NOT UK as their website would suggest. Their customer services are appalling. When trying to return a dress all in line with their published T's & C's they avoid supporting this. They at 1st try to offer a paltry £ return (about 10% of the value) and say you can keep the dress - like that's any use for something that is poor quality and not wanted. They then refuse to give you an address to return to. Back and forth bartering and refusing of offers and ended up raising a chargeback via credit card provider, which they are now trying to argue. They are so bad I've also raised report to Trading Standards as they sell into UK but seemingly don't want to adhere to UK Consumer Law. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
