I received my dress later than stated when ordering. When the dress arrived it was of poor quality l. You could see every stitch that was made in the front of the dress. It also was a poor fit and not fixable if taken to a seamstress. The dress was not made correctly and It didn’t cover the areas it was suppose to. The dress didn’t look as the photo did. When notifying the company regarding the issue for a refund I got the run around. Telling me to keep the dress for $10 fee and $50 for a new one to be sent. Then they came back and offered me to keep it for a refund of $10z i said that would not work i need to return the dress per your policy and get my full refund.

Absolutely shocking service! Refuse to refund any money and refuse to have the dress sent back to them. Ordered a standard size 8 for my bridesmaids to try on, and the sizing was overly big. Thought it would be a simple return for a smaller size. Obviously not!! Good job I didn’t order in batch. Taking peoples money and sending poor quality dresses! This company needs reporting and closing down. Avoid buying from this company!

Their return policy is DECEPTIVE --- they don't really accept returns. They will try to have you ship it to China, try to negotiate with you to keep the product and even ask you take pictures of yourself in the dress and send to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a dress for my daughter’s wedding and I made sure I could return if not right. It came jammed inside out in a plastic 8 x 10 envelope. It was very thin and definitely not the right size. I immediately contacted them and thus began the 2 1/2 week email chain. They claimed there had to be a defect to be able to return it and then offered me 15 dollars for a 150 dollar dress! Then their suggestion was I try to sell it to recoup my loss. I then left a bad review and they offered me 25 dollars to remove the bad review. Do not purchase from them. The dress was terrible quality and there is no return policy.

They will not accept a normal return. They will tell you to take a picture of your child in the dress and send to them. They will tell you to pay to ship back to China. Do not buy from here if you expect any customer service after the purchase.

IMPOSSIBLE RETURN PROCESS!! The dress quality was fine. there is a LARGE shipping fee that is not disclosed until checkout. DO NOT ORDER. I have had to send 8 emails trying to get a return label. the bride didn't like the dress, so I need to return. The website claims they have an easy 14-day return but that is a LIE. they keep asking just to replace the dress or for me to get a new style. I do not want either of those I want my money back. they are being very difficult to return these 2 dresses.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Spent £200 on 2 dresses. Both did not fit. We were unable to zip them up at the back. Sent pictures for proof and we are literally going around in circles being told we are not allowed a refund. They keep telling us to keep the dresses and accept a £30 refund. They are telling us they cannot re-sell returned dresses - sorry that's not our problem! Website clearly states full refunds are available within 14 days. Unprofessional, misleading con artists.

Their website states hassle free returns, but that is incorrect. I bought 3 dresses for my two girls with the intention of keeping 2. (I bought the extra one because wasn’t sure of the size for one girl and their site claimed to honor returns.) Quality was good for each, but only one fit one girl. They wanted to make a custom dress to fit and charge additional money for it. When we said no, they said they’d give us $40 back for both dresses. The dresses were $127 each. They then said $60 total or we could mail them to China and pay for the shipping. But they never gave us an address. I’m now reaching out to my credit card to dispute the cost of the two dresses.

Please do NOT purchase from this company. I bought two dresses, and both arrived with truly awful quality! They were completely see-through and unwearable. When I contacted the company, they claimed they couldn’t provide a refund because the dresses weren’t defective, despite being entirely transparent. The company refused to refund my money and tried to negotiate for me to keep the dresses, creating numerous barriers, including stating that I would need to pay customs to return them to China. This made it not worth my time to return the dresses. After many emails back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me 70% of the dress costs, but I had to pay approximately £30 to post them back to China. I went ahead with the return because I didn’t want to keep two defective dresses. Do not waste your time with this company. They promise a “worry-free” return policy, but that is far from the reality. I still don’t know if I will get my money back, but I want to warn everyone: DO NOT buy from this company—the quality is terrible, and the return policy is even worse! Update: the company has asked me to track the return and notify them once it arrives in China. Only then will they consider issuing a refund. DO NOT buy from this company. They are scamming people and profiting from it!

Buyer Beware!!!! This is a bad company to deal with! They will fight very very hard on any return. They have an army to fight returns that don't turn out right and try to offer you a small % off to then offer you to sell it yourself. Life is too short to deal with this non-market policy. It's not how the world works - BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I recommend saving your money and not purchasing a dress through Stacee’s. Prior to purchasing this dress I made sure to read the return policy information which they make it seem quite easy. I received the dress and didn’t like the way it fit so I submitted a ticket on their site to start a return. I messaged with a representative back and forth for a couple days and their return process is such a headache. They really try to push for you not returning the dress and you have to pay $25 for shipping. Save your money!!

I ordered a dress from Stacees thinking I could return it if i needed to. I decided on a different color and wanted to return the original dress and order another one in a different color. The quality was acceptable, lined and stitching pretty good. I learned that it is difficult for them to return since they are in Asia. So understand, you will not be able to return your order. After several email exchanges, they agreed to make me a new dress for a small fee. I sent the fee and received the new dress timely. Its great. For this company, order a color sample before ordering. Second, send your measurements. They will custom tailor the dress for no added cost. Overall, I got a customized dress for a moderate price. If I had done this the first time I ordered, I would have been very happy with there work.

I bought a dress. When I tried it, I could not unzip it. I need another person to help me unzip it and they took a long time. The zip is defective. They are giving me a really really hard time to return the dress I would never ever buy from this company again.

I ordered a standard size dress. The company stated returns for standard sizing within 14 days. Received the dress which was completely off per their sizing chart so requested a return. They sent a generic email about blah blah blah and offer another dress for 150$ or refund for 20$. I paid over 200$ for my dress. This company is a total joke and scam.

I ordered a dress from Stacees. They said it was supposed to be 6 to 10 days. It came in three weeks later. I had to buy my granddaughter another dress for homecoming and the dress Did not look or keeping, now they want me to justify why I want to return the dress. So they’re asking me to take a picture of the dress With Granddaughter in it and send it to them because I don’t like the color that was in the picture. Never mind, the dress came too late and homecoming is over and I had to pay for an additional homecoming dress, and they’re interested in a picture? I have sent them several emails and I have still no response how to get my money back.

This was the worst experience I have EVER had with another countries customer service, return ECT it is all ridiculously stressful. The audacity to suggest a 20.00 return is very distasteful and unprofessional. They only respond through email on their or chat. Also they basically refuse to return, my dress was NOT custom in anyway other than sizes provided on THEIR site. And you never get to speak to anyone in a higher position ie manager or supervisor to resolve issues. 0/10

Do NOT purchase from this company. Lie lie lie. They will NOT provide refunds and do not honor their return policy. For a $100 dress they told me they would give me $15 and I could sell it. I followed the notification guidelines and had to continuously follow up.
