Stacee’s Boutique is a scam. They said they would ship the dress I ordered for my daughter’s homecoming in two days. We didn’t receive the dress until a week and an half after her event. When she tried on the dress it was way too short. If she bent over even a little bit her underwear would show. She did not wear the dress and the tags were on the dress. I started the return process the same day we received the dress. The return process is a complete waste of time. Customer service, if you even want to call it that (someone in the basement of their house most likely), communicated with me about the return. They never would commit to accepting the return but told me to do things like take pictures of the dress with tags intact (which I did). 24 hours later they responded and told me they would give me $25 refund and recommended that I should sell the dress to a secondhand store. I told them how about since the dress is brand new and my daughter has never worn the dress they give me a full refund/pay for shipping and they resell the brand new never have been worn dress. Needless to say we had back and forth email communication with zero resolution. They did this for two weeks and that ran the time out per their return policy. I will never buy another dress from this online store; it was a huge mistake. I wasted $150 on a dress my daughter cannot wear, and did not receive in time for the event and to top it off I paid $16 for shipping to expedite the process. The dress from Stacees’s Boutique will end up being a goodwill donation. Hopefully someone will end up being able to use it.

I ordered dresses for my daughter. It was too large and she did not want to wear it. I complied with their "return" policy. I sent pictures of the unworn dress with tags. They responded that they would return approximately 15% of the cost. They need to just state that all sales are final. Their "return" policy is a complete fraud. If you love the dress great. The dress was of medium quality, but you better be sure it is the one you want and that it will fit perfectly otherwise, you will be losing money and have unwanted clothing.

Bought a dress which was far too big and requested a return within 14 days according to their return policy. They asked for pictures, which I sent of the original packaging and tags all still attached. They offered for me to alter the dress at £80, which I refused because the dress has built in bra cups which was too big for me. I asked if I can please just return the dress, as I didn't want to hassle with back and forth alterations. They again offered me a lower alteration price OR a partial refund of the original cost of the dress. They won't provide me with a return address or a full refund and how now stopped responding to my customer service messages.

They claim that it’s easy returns within 14 days. We got our dress and not only did it cost 187.00 the dress doesn’t fit my daughter, and quality was horrible. Literally the material was falling apart the sequence was falling off. They are impossible to work with. We don’t get our money back. I will never buy from them again nor will i suggest any of my friends to buy from them.

Do not buy from Stacees! I ordered a standard size which, by their return policy, can be returned within 2 weeks. I emailed them the day we received it that it didn’t fit properly. After sending pics, measurements, etc. they admitted that the dress was improperly made, but they are demanding that I pay to ship it back (approximately $40, according to them). Worst customer service ever.

Awful !!! Do not order a dress from Here !!!! They sent a completely different coloured Dress and are refusing to give me a refund even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.they have to Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!

I did not even order a custom dress just selected a standard size. When the dress hit the quality review phase I tried to contact Stacee’s but you can only communicate via chat which is annoying. I explained I am in the US and paid expedited shipping and can they mail today since dress in finished and get it approved today through quality review and she said yes it will ship out today. A week later still no dress and now a lie they attempted delivery yesterday. Our front gate security camera shows no footage of a delivery truck at the gate at the date/time they told me delivery was attempted. You cannot contact their shipping company either and can only talk to AI chat. I also checked my phone log on that day and no calls from the front gate directly attempting access to my home. They have now said they will attempt a second delivery even though there was never a first attempt. This will be after my daughter’s dance so completely useless. I cannot comment on quality of the dress because still have not received it. I have now read from others customers return process is a complete nightmare and they charge your for return and try to pay you some small fee to just keep the dress so this should be continued frustration dealing with Stacee’s. You cannot contact them directly only talk in chats. Will never order from this company again.
