But when I tried to leave a review on stacees.com, their system kept switching it to 5 stars, even though I selected 1star (unfortunately can’t give 0) I gave up trying. Their ratings are clearly misleading. Read the reviews carefully—don’t be fooled by false ratings. Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money. My experience with this merchant was an absolute disaster and a complete waste of my time and money. The dress arrived with an uneven, gaping hole in the keyhole at the back—it was completely unwearable and clearly defective. For a custom-fit dress, this was absolutely unacceptable. What’s worse is the way customer service handled it: I sent multiple photos showing the issue, and instead of taking responsibility, they gave me the runaround and ultimately refused to accept a return. Their attitude was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional (John handled the majority of my conversations). I’m appalled by the lack of accountability. This company clearly does not stand behind its products or value its customers. I never got to wear the dress because of the flaw, and they showed zero interest in making things right. If you’re considering ordering from them, I strongly advise you to think twice.
