As almost every review states returns are impossible. Futile email exchanges result in suggestions to sell the dress, offering a derisory refund or shipping to China for a fractional refund. Do not adhere to UK distance selling regulations. Should be avoided at all costs. Attempting to recover money via my bank dispute process or paypal

Trying to return is a nightmare! they said you can return but spent 2 weeks going back-and-forth via email. They just kept repeating the same thing… That we have to pay for the shipping and they can’t resell the dresses. They will lose a lot of money, and we’re gonna end up paying more for The shipping then the cost of the dress. There’s many ways to ship an item. They just didn’t want the dress back. Why can’t you resell a brand new dress with the tags on? These conversations went on for over two weeks and responses were cut and paste always the same with very little resolution. So I had to end up keeping the dress and selling.

FRAUD - they claim to have a return policy, but they do not. They basically say you need to keep the dress, offer you a small fraction of cash back. When you insist on returning it, they claim all these additional fees and shipping costs and offer at best 50% refund. They lie on their site about refunds. AVOID!

I've contacted customer service prior to ordering dresses for my daughter. I was assured I can return if they do not fit. However, the company refused to return the amount I paid and made ridiculous suggestions for only a fraction of the price paid. Numerous emails and chats all in vain. The worst company I've ever encountered. NEVER BUY FROM STACEES.

I ordered a dress and paid 129.00 $. I received, I tried it on, and then I wanted to return it because I didn't fit in it. They offered me $40. Would not take the dress back and I was told to go resell it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but they say they have a refund, but they really don't!! Also, all correspondence is through email and no one will speak to you. I asked numerous times can I have a refund and where can I ship this dress back and they refuse to give it to me. I want a refund and address to return the dress

Dress did not arrive in enough time for me to get alterations since it did not fit. They will not refund anything. They only want to give me a $35 refund and then they tell me to sell the dress to get my money back. It is in perfect shape, was only tried on once and never worn. The return was initiated within hours of receiving it on a Sunday night. They refuse to refund the money and take the dress back. I would stick to an American company and make sure a refund is possible. Amazon would even be a better option.

Stacie’s is false advertising on their website. I bought a dress which clearly shows is all sizes and was shipped to me within couple of days. When the dress arrived, it was nothing like the shown on their website. The fit was not complimenting my body and tue quality was very poor. Their website doesn’t have a contact number so everything is via email. Once I emailed them about the dress return, they sent me instructions on how to place a return and after I created a return ticket, then I was asked for picture of the label, which was intact. After all of this back and forth, I got an email saying the dress is custome made hence, can not be returned and they will give me 30 dollars and I can keep the dress. That’s not how they advertise their return policy on their website. I must say that they are thieves and their business policies are rubbish. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! I will never be buying anything from them.

PLEASE review return policy VERY carefully before you purchase address from this company!! It is convoluted and confusing on purpose. They will ONLY refund your purchase if it’s damaged. TERRIBLE customer Service, stay away.

I bought a dress with the assurance I could return. It doesn’t fit so I re packaged it safely and asked to return. They now won’t let me return, instead want me to unpackaged it again, put it back on, take photos of myself in a dress I can’t fit in and receive feedback.

Total scam. They are shipping from China and won't take returns. They have offered me £50 and told me to keep the dress, even though it was over £160. The website is misleading customers since it says it accepts returns within 14 days. I have reported them to the Consumer Protection Bureau but I would warn anyone NOT to patronise this business.

I ordered a pantsuit that wasn’t custom made. It didn’t fit. When I immediately tried to return it, they refused saying every order is custom made, even though their website claims they have a 14-day return policy. They offered to make me another outfit for an additional $60. This is a terrible company to deal with as all communication is from outside the U.S.

Same issue - dress didnt fit; they wont take return. They cite a return policy that is on a hidden page on their website you would never find without the direct link. Going to dispute through Klarna. Wish I had found this review site first!

We ordered a US size 2 dress. It came and was the wrong size. None of the measurements were right. After creating a ticket, picture proof, told to take to a tailor and charges would be adjusted, they continue to say they sent the right size. Over 4" taken in and padding added. Alterations cost more than the dress. They wouldn't refund the dress cost or even half the cost. All we wanted was to return it for a refund. Have spend over $400 total now and they say they can give us $35. This is absolutely absurd. Their site said they take returns and the ticket was made with in a couple days of receiving the dress. They say with 14 days. Not custom. Still refused to take back or refund anywhere close to the cost!

This is a scam store based in Hong Kong. They absolutely refuse to offer refunds. If your dress doesn't fit, they tell you too bad, it's your own fault. You will have to go thru your credit card to dispute the charges. Avoid this place at all cost!

I purchased a dress to wear on my daughters wedding but when it arrived and I tried it on it was I’ll fitting on me and looked too young on me and not appropriate. So no big deal I’ll just return it within the return date. Here’s where it all went south. I had to send pictures showing that the dress was intact with tags still on. I did that. Then Stacey’s informed me that I’d only get 75% back even though I was returning well in my return date. And I had to pay for the shipping and handling so you get NO return label. And they kept offering me less than half what i paid d if I just kept the dress. But the dress isn’t right for me. Stacey’s actually asked me if there was someone I could sell it too…. WHAT!? Just be warned before you purchase, because you really can’t return it without totally losing out on it. I can’t wear it. I will never order from them again

I am experiencing the same issues as everyone listed below. No simple return policy - repeated offers to buy the dress for a low-ball amount and refusal to provide return instructions. I'm wondering anyone has contacted something like the Better Business Bureau? No experience with this but I am now adamant that I will not accept anything except a full refund!

DO NOT BUY THE DRESS UNLESS YOU INTEND ON KEEPING IT!!! Wish I had looked further than the website on reviews for this Website. The "no worries return policy" is the exact opposite!! They respond maybe once a 24 hr period, offer all ways for you to keep the dress and then pretty much tell you if you still return it will probably "get lost" and then you will get no refund. I settled for the $30 credit and will just try to resell on my own. DO NOT BUY THE DRESS UNLESS YOU INTEND ON KEEPING IT!!!
